Absolutely unbelievable customer service and helpfulness
I suffered a puncture and as they are the nearest garage to us I called in to see if they could help.
Despite being busy and not having made a previous appointment they agreed to have a look but later advised that the damage was a split caused by a large flint and was deemed unrepairable.
I have previously purchased tyres online from the likes of Camskill and Jeffries have fitted them at reasonable cost but they offered to supply and fit which, despite it being a small family run dealership was still a dealership so I fully expected to be ripped off and pay through the nose
How wrong I was
The price offered for two fully fitted tyres was actually the same as I could have bought them supply only online so I gave them the go-ahead.
As they are safety related I will only replace in pairs and they were ordered around 10am......by 4pm they had arrived and were fitted also being the exact correct tyre to match the rest.
Previous experience has dictated that they take the utmost care of my stupidly expensive diamond cut alloy wheels and this was no exception, previous experience also dictated that the wheel balance would be absolutely perfect at ALL speeds and despite not trying this I have no doubt this will be the case again.
Added to that, they ran me home and also picked me up at collection time.
This kind of customer service, helpfulness, immediate attention and particularly pricing you just dont get at the main stealerships.
So, excellent customer service, helpfulness and pricing is what they offer ...... and this is coming from someone who is always complaining !!!
