Went to the store in Concord,NC and they couldn’t take back the item because it was wrong. Then created a case. Nothing was ever done. Now I’m out $723.92? Don’t seem fair. Because it’s been since September, no one will do anything. Who can help?

I wanted to follow up with you since we spoke on 2/24/23. I was able to send this to my Ecommerce department to review. We did try to find a record of when you called about the item being the incorrect item and we find no record that you spoke with someone here at our head office. The information we got from the store did advise us that you came in however they where unable to find that item in the system is why the refused to accept the item. Since you didn't follow back up with us until 2/23/23 and this was placed back on 9/10/22 we are past any return or exchange window at this time.

I’ve spent a great deal at Jared over the years. I will no longer do business with your company moving forward. I will share this with others as well.
I bought a bridal set
I bought a bridal set, paid with my card on the site, set the store to pickup from. Two days prior pickup they cancelled the order. Went again to Jared to get the same set and was denied... DO NOT waste your MONEY or TIME with this dealer.. I have all corresponding emails to confirm.. Will never even attempt to buy from for anything again! EVER!
On 11.5.22 I purchased a bracelet then…
On 11.5.22 I purchased a bracelet then 11.20.22 returned the bracelet because it did not fit well. The employee put the braclet on old credit card. Not the new credit card the item was purchased on. Now the money is gone. The bracelet is gone. Commenity will not credit my account I still am being billed for payment and they will not help me fix the store error. Either the employee accidentally credited the incorrect account or STOLE THE BRACLET!!! Nina, Estero florida sore assistant manager has not returned my calls. I may need to file police report and contact the Attorney General for this theft of money. Bracelet, and absolute fraud.

Not a good experience at all from Sheri and Luke, the sales duo
1. They mixed up the wedding band sizing and enlarged my wife’s ring to my size and made my ring smaller.
2. When ordering an engagement ring they deceiver in color, clarity and cut and do everything to make the sale. Not knowledgeable in diamond specifications and stingy when honoring price match from other Jareds.
Palm Beach Gardens is not a good place to buy diamonds/rings. They want your money and will say anything to sell.

Very poor quality bracelet
I purchased the "Figaro chain bracelet sterling silver" for my boyfriend. It broke after a week of him wearing it. I was able to get a refund and was told to order a new one. The second bracelet broke less than a day after my boyfriend put it on. I got another refund. Safe to say I will never shop with Jared's again. Very poor quality product that makes me question the quality of their other products.
10 year anniversary ring
My wife, daughter, and I made the drive from Austin up to Jared's in Edina, MN to purchase a 10 year anniversary ring. We had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with the GM, Joseph Azmi. He was a joy to visit with, kept our daughter engaged the whole time, and went through several ideas/options until we got the right ring. A true asset to the team and store. We'll definitely be back for future jewelry purchases.
Jared customer service very bad
Jared customer service very bad. Poor service I’ve been online trying to place order 5 different agent’s unexperience and ask for supervisor and corporate number, and the customer service rep said she would honor my request. Never received a call back. When she couldn’t help me. I purchased two gift cards to apply towards my purchase of a ring that they had online and they had about eight of them and then when the customer service rep took mine gift cards and my credit card information, her phone hung up she didn’t return the call she didn’t email me about anything. I talked to five different agent said if the ring had got, sold why they were putting my information in the system then they came back and said they didn’t have my size and now they will not refund my gift cards even though they told me they would. It wasn’t a problem with one of the customer service reps. This was the worst experience ever with Jared store. They seem to do false advertisement for the amount of rings they have in stock and I was treated very poorly. Supervisor never called to give me the corporate number so I’m just gonna write reviews all over about Jared store. I’m a unhappy customer where is the customer service as far as making the customer satisfied my spoons happen on December 27, 2023 now I’m stuck with two gift cards and they have nothing of value that I will purchase from them due to the disrespect and they’re not honoring the items that they place online so out of all the the item had eight different sizes and so while the girl was putting my information in then she said well they all got sold out and makes absolutely no sense. It seems like they take a long time to give you the gift cards, then when you purchase something they play around and act like they don’t understand and then the item is gone, and then they refuse to refund my gift cards back to my debit cards and it was a matter of less than 10 minutes when they said the ring was all sold out but as the girl was taking my gift cards and my credit card she checked and she said all my item was available, so I just seems like the customer services are not experience a very an experience, and they just say anything to take your money very bad experience I will be turning this over to the Better Business Bureau and I will even go on Yelp and write a review. Very unsatisfied customer. Overpriced
JARED's is MY Jeweler of Choice!
I have done multiple purchases at Jared's the Rim in San Antonio and have nothing but positive feelings on all occasions. I like watches (have 3 Movado's and 1 Tag before Jared's) and wanted a Rolex.
I could only afford a Pre-Owned Rolex. I discovered that Jared carried a number of quality pre-owned Rolex watches and I found the perfect model in my price range. I spent several hours on their web-site and others comparing models before I went into the store. I then visited the store several more times deciding if it was the right investment for me. I must say they have a phenomenal website, and an even better storefront managed by a highly trained group of friendly and caring professionals. Each time I visited I was always greeted kindly and never felt rushed or pressured. Eventually I met Juanita who spent even more time with me in my selection. She was able to locate my desired model at another store and it trans-shipped. She also introduced me to Jared's extensive line of quality new watches, and I was extremely impressed with their in-store selection of Tag-Heuer watches. That day I picked up my Rolex and Tag Heuer watch and could not have been more excited. Juanita called me a couple of days later inquiring about how I felt and if I was satisfied with my purchase. She made me feel like more than a customer, and I view her as more than a salesperson. Since that day have purchased 3 other Tag Heuer watches each of them as unique as the other. My purchase experience is always the same; caring, friendly, and knowledgeable staff that doesn't pressure you to make a deal. I did so because I love the merchandise that Jared sells not because they emailed me, or called, or prodded, or tried to lure me in with "promotional deals". Again I love watches and I love a good deal, but I love trusted partnerships just as much and found the perfect marriage between my needs and Jared's ability to take care of me. Lastly, I would like to give a shout out to Pete DeLosSantos the GM. My latest acquisition is a very limited edition Tag Heuer Monica Gulf Edition with left handed crown. Trust me when I say this - You cant find this impressive model on line or in stores. Pete personnaly scoured his connections and was able to secure me my prized possession within a couple of weeks. I would add that I paid the advertised price rather than a marked up price for his service and a rare watch (all other jewelers were asking over Tag's Advertised price or only offering used watches).
This is why I shop at Jared's and Trust them completely with my selection and needs. Fair and Caring! I don't think you can find the same combination at other Jewelers, but if you do then let others know as I have about my favorite Jeweler - JARED's!
I placed an order for a diamond ring…
I placed an order for a diamond ring and paid for express shipping to have it properly sized. The day it was supposed to arrive that it won't be there for another 2 days. I've shopped at Kay's jewelers and zales and never ran into this debacle. My advice is play it safe use zales or Kay's, although, Jared's advertises to say I love you say it with Jared but if you don't have the ring no one is going to take you
I order a ring for in a size 10 that came in wrong size....
I order a ring for in a size 10 that would match the necklace I bought last year. Jared sent me a size 7 ring but yet on the order form that came with the ring it says size 8. So I drive all the way to boardman ohio to see if they can fix it. I get there and am told that the ring I order is on back order, so it could take up to 2 months to get it and that because the ring size (7) is so much different than what I actually need (size13) they couldn't adjust it. So I was refunded back to my card that will take 7 to 14 days to get and I already waited a month and a half to get the ring before my birthday December 7th that I cannot get or find another one in time. This is the second time this has happened when I ordered from Jared I will not be buying anything else from this store.

Customer service was less than helpful and told me to return the ring and they would send me the money back once they received it but that doesn’t give me enough time to go get another ring in time if I have to wait for them to return my money.. ruined my proposal worst experience

I took my rings in for inspection. My larger Diamond was loose and they’re keeping it overnight and spiffing it up and put a rush on it so my husband and I will have it for our trip to Nee Orleans Sunday. Sonya was so patient and kind and it was all under warranty. Jared’s customer service is awesome! 👍

Bought steel bolo bracelet 13 months ago. It broke. They did nothing. Salesperson asked several times if we bought it from that store. We answered each time the same. I used to go to Jared’s.

Bought an emerald, returned such and 3 months later I’m still waiting for a check that is valid. They issued a check with insufficient funds and I’m still trying to get my money back. Not a trustworthy business. Their employees are clueless regarding how to get the refund

Bought a bracelet $252, broke once cost $71 to repair 6 months later broke in 2 more places and refuse to stand behind their jewelry or work. Want you to pay out of pocket to repair again. Manager was not helpful and lost a great salesman/manager in Ky. Could have offered to trade in on another etc but didn’t, lost a good customer

I purchased a Frederique Constant watch…
I purchased a Frederique Constant watch for $995. With a 10% discount, the total was a little over $900. The order was shipped. I received a notification that it was delivered. When I came home, the package was not there. I immediately contacted Jared and they stated that UPS needed to investigate. I told them UPS had confirmed the delivery but I had not received the package. Why would they not require a signature on a nearly $1000 item? Meanwhile, UPS barely did ANY investigating. They came to my house at 10am while i was at work, didnt leave paperwork, and a week later, I received an email from Jared stating that since UPS delivered the package, there was nothing they could do. NONSENSE. There is NO REASON me (a consumer) should have to fight it out with THEIR shipper. They literally told me to contact UPS and refused to refund the purchase. So now, UPS refuses to re-investigate, and I am stuck with a $900 bill that I will refuse to pay. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care at all about their customers. Once the item is shipped, you have ZERO protection, and ZERO recourse. I am filing a complaint with the BBB on UPS and Jared because of this incident. I have spent thousands at Jared in the last year and will never give them another dime of my money. Absolutely deplorable "customer service."
Clarissa was awesome
Clarissa was awesome! She was so professional, patient and kind. What a delight! We were greeted by several store members as we walked in and left feeling like family. Clarissa even used our personal names saying good-bye to each one of us. It was a meaningful experience to get my deceased dad’s watch fixed and to buy a special present for a special friend that day. Thanks Clarissa!!
Selling used goods as new!
Purchased a watch from their website. It was sold as new, but arrived with all the protective stickers that should have been on the watch missing, faint scratches and other obvious signs of wear, not in the original box, without any manual or warranty booklet, let alone a completed warranty card. I immediately returned the watch and when I have subsequently called customer service, they claim that the return was approved and refund processed 4 weeks ago. But PayPal says no way no how, and they just opened a dispute on my behalf. Bottom line, over 5 weeks later, still chasing Jared for my money. Speaking as an attorney, Jared's trying to pass what appears to be a floor sample (I note that the watch was shipped from a store, as opposed to Jared's central location) as a new watch would be downright fraud. Stay away.
They lost a customer
I have a pair of earring that needed repair. I’ve had them for 20 plus years, the prongs are 14k gold the centers are pink crystals, nothing fancy but they were a gift and they mean a lot to me. I took them to Jared and was told they would not repair the prongs because they don’t allow cubic zirconia (CZ) in the store. They don’t allow CZ in the store? I take all my jewelry there for repair, but they just lost a customer.
