Six weeks turning into 3-4 months plus for repair
I took my ring in for inspection and cleaning and was told the the diamond was chipped UNDER the facet. They said they could replace the stone or I could pay to upgrade...I opted for replacement and was given a 6 week turn around and a date promised of 9/12...I called and was told it was in progress still and someone would call me in a couple of days with an update. No one called. I called back and was told 2 managers were working on it....manager called me today and said I was given wrong info and it would be 90 to 120 days. Absolutely furious. I have no idea when I will have my ring or where it is. I will call corporate but doubt it will do any good. The Woodlands location.
Baby Feet Pendant
I ordered this Baby Feet pendant as a gift for my pregnant granddaughter. I had it engraved with "For this child we prayed". Imagine my disappointment to discover the pendant is the size of a dime!!! The inscription is too tiny to read!!! Returning is not an option. I will not be purchasing anything from Jared again.
Poor quality
My boyfriend bought me an infinity ring that has diamonds on it I think it’s like $300 so not super prices but still all real stuff within 2 weeks of having the ring the band broke and I was so so careful with it take it off to shower sleep etc. I called and asked if they could do anything and they said since he didn’t get a warranty it would be $170 to fix…. It’s a $300 ring. Few weeks later a diamond fell out I reached out to them again and they again weren’t willing to do anything to help the fact that j got a poorly made ring that was still pricey considering. I don’t recommend them to anyone they aren’t helpful and the quality is absolutely horrible.

Never buy from this company - they lie.
I bought a ring from Jared Jewelry. It was too small so I sent it back. Jared emailed me saying that the package I sent was empty. That it had not been tampered with, but since I didn't return the ring they could not refund my money.
The ring was definitely in the box when I mailed it. Their email looked suspicious - no logo, no address or phone. So I looked them up on Trustpilot - they have lots of horrid reviews. I should have looked there before ordering from them.
Now it's my word against theirs. I expect I'll never see my $800.
Sick to my stomach!!
After 5 months of wearing my engagement ring from Jared, my DIAMOND FELL OUT OF MY RING in a restaurant bathroom. I am so fortunate I heard it hit the ground and have my diamond, but this should have never happened. More and more reviews we’ve read now that this has happened, we’ve learned that their factory is in China and this is a common occurrence for their jewelry. I have a platinum band and 4 prongs. For peace of mind, do not purchase one of your most important pieces of jewelry from them because the quality is horrible.

Bought a priceless necklace online
Bought a priceless necklace online, first time customer. Had a horrible time with customer service. Never did receive my necklace, nor have I received my money back. Turns out they sent it to a different state that I’m in. Very unhappy and I will never again by from Jared. When I called customer service, there’s always a way and then I get hung up on.
Defective Mother's Marquise-Cut 5…
Bought a Mother's Marquise-Cut 5 gemstone ring for anniversary Sept 2022. By Feb 2023 2 of the stones had fallen out. Contacted Jared support in May to finally get it fixed, being told because I did not bring it in for 6 month "inspection" it would cost money to repair. Waste of $700. Need to bring it into a physical store for a 30 min inspection just to be told how much it will cost me. Don't waste your time or money, find a jeweler who will stand behind their products and make things right when they fail so quickly.

I was so impressed with one of the employees at Jared Galleria of Jewelry on Fort Couch Road in Bethel Park, that I felt led to write this review…….My daughter’s boyfriend asked me to go with him to look for an engagement ring. We started our ring search on Friday, April 28, 2023, and Jared was the third of the three stores that we visited that day. Nora was the sales person who helped us, and honestly, she could not have been any more amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and extraordinarily creative. We were looking for something really different, not your run of the mill engagement ring. I told Nora how much I loved Le Vian Jewelry. She told us that Jared was having a LeVian Trunk Show the following Monday, and she scheduled an appointment for us.
We were both thrilled with the trunk show. Le Vian had so many incredibly beautiful and unusual rings! It was difficult for us to find any that we didn’t like. It was wonderful to hear that Jared has access not only to their instore diamond’s, but to hundreds of additional diamonds.
All of the stores that we went to had beautiful engagement rings, but Jared had something that the other stores didn’t. They had someone who really cared and wanted to find the perfect ring for us. Nora is genuine and personable, and we really enjoyed working with her. She is a wonderful asset to Jared Galleria of Jewelry, and because of the pleasant experience that we had there, I would highly recommend Jared Galleria of Jewelry in Bethel Park.

I got a gold necklace for my nephew and found that other place sell maybe half price of it.. but he likes it so i'm ok i just think maybe they should lower the price a bit but maybe they have to host so many nice sales rep in the store and pay those high rent so i will still give my business to them.

Today my appointment was for jewelry inspection. Alex was my inspector, and he has been for at least the past 3 or 4 years. ALWAYS,courteous, respectful, professional, and just FUN to be around makes me smile. He does a great job and goes beyond the call of duty.
Love going to store Clearwater location everyone speaks and smile Donna, Shelley, Michelle, Alex, and remembers you.
Frustrating, incompetent.
Jared Comenity customer service is terrible. I've requested to have my card mailed to me 4 times now, and I still haven't received one. Every time I call back they either have my address somehow added incorrectly, my name misspelled, or something else missing. I can't log in to my account because I don't have the card, which has my account number. The paper statements aren't showing up because they forgot to input the apartment number. Then they misspelled my name. Then I moved, so I've had to go through the whole process again. I can't pay unless I call them, which takes forever since I don't have my account number and has a fee associated with it. They won't give me my account number over the phone, but I have to provide my SSN, DOB, Address etc??? So frustrating, I highly recommend avoiding any financing with this company.
Bad quality necklace. Diamond missing. Rudimentary Looking Repairs. One rude employee.
Recently went to Jared since JB Robinson closed in our area, Jared supposedly took over. Took in a bunch of things to repair, of course on some things due to Covid our warranty expired because we were unable to get in during Covid lockdowns for checks and of course JB Robinson doesn't tell you where to take it after they close, you are supposed to just know I guess, well that figures so of course the warranties were void and we had to pay for repairs.
1. We bought a sterling necklace with topaz and sapphire pendant (also matching ring and bracelet), necklace was such bad quality that my neck swelled up for two months and had to see a couple doctors about it and I had to buy another necklace that was $800 to replace the cheap one that came with the pendant so my neck would not swell (they would not replace it or let me upgrade it).
2. I took my 3K tennis bracelet to be repaired adding a second chain to it so as not to lose it, and I did not check it well after picking up so many items and I went home put it in my safe, during 6 months I did not wear it. I pulled it out to wear and a diamond was missing (no one disturbed it it was locked away the whole time), my bad for not checking closer each and every diamond when I got it back in the store. Their manager assures me that happens all the time that diamonds just fall out. I have pictures and video of before. They had just sent it to corporate supposedly to be checked, repaired and cleaned and had a new chain added as a back up. Now I am going to have to pay a lot to replace the missing stone. I really doubt it will be covered under warranty even if I do show them my pictures and video. I don't even want to go there again because I think I was scammed. Now I want to pull my diamond checker and mini microscope out and check everything again.
I am not saying they took it, I am just saying it's highly suspicious to have a loose stone that falls out immediately after repair in between your jewelry store and your safe which you put in your safe 30 minutes later after not losing any stones for years.
3. I have a very nice ring with several carats, the ring was sold to us by JB Robinson which Sterling Jewelers owned and one of the stones is now somehow a total piece of junk or it was traded out at some point by a JB Robinson jeweler because we paid over 7500 for the ring (worth about 10 grand originally) that might not be Jared's fault but they of course zoned right in wanting to charge me a fortune for a new diamond which I refused.
You can't even see the chip with bare eyes. But my question is how did it get to be such a crappy stone after buying a high quality ring originally worth almost 10K.
On that one I should say the blame may fall on JB Robinson's previous jewelers, not Jared. And if JB Robinsons was selling such good quality rings with quality diamonds how could it have such a big flaw in the first place? I should think the stone would be replaced with a good one. Warranties don't cover possible crappy trade-outs by suspicious jewelers. But these are all part of the Sterling group and Jared will only sell me upgrades to fix it rather than replace the stone even though it's supposedly still under warranty.
4. On the same wedding ring which Jared repaired Jared did not add gold to tighten the stone in, they scraped the gold from the ring to cover the edge of the diamond which looks awful like it was melted and scraped over the edge of the stone. I feel it was cheaply repaired considering I was paying for enough gold to fix the prongs and tighten the setting. Very disappointed at that part of the repair. I am skeptical of Jared at this point.
The manager was nice when I called about the missing diamond. So I will at least give them that. She offered to look at it immediately so I guess I will be going back to at least have her look. If anything I just wanted to report it in case they have a sneaky jeweler on their team.
On that note I will say, our watch battery replacements came back fine. My newer gold necklace is not affecting me but I had to pay more for that one. The other small repairs on additional tennis bracelets they did are all good. I wanted to at least be clear that some of the work was fine as far as I can tell. I don't know that I am going to allow my bracelet to go anywhere again without my eyes watching the repair.
I am tired of feeling scammed. Why does everything have to be sent to corporate. How can I believe I won't be stolen from. The photos they take before your repair goes out are not the best either.
Jared treats you ok but they do freak out when your diamond doesn't meet their expectations even though their group sold you that saying it was high quality. Then they try to sell you a new diamond when you find out the E grade you bought before through the same group is crap (chipped) or may have been switched out.

False Advertising
Received a used watch instead of brand new one in original box I was told I would be getting. Customer service told me to return it if I didn't like it even though I have the chat transcript of what the representative told me that i shared with them and when I requested a supervisor was told would get a call back. Hasn't happened 4 days later.
Lost Center Stone - Jared Saves the Day
In August of last year, I lost the center diamond solitaire of my engagement ring. I back tracked my steps but to no avail. I was devastated. Once I collected myself, I called Jared and explained the situation. I spoke with Eric Floyd, it was early on Sunday, and he was just opening the store for business. He took my name and number and reassured me that he would return my call. Not long after, I received a return call from Eric; he confirmed, my ring was inspected during my last visit (Jun-2022) and because of that my ring would be replaced at no charge. As you can imagine, I was relieved! Although it was not my original stone, I at least did not have to worry about the expense of replacing it. Thank you Jared for the amazing customer service and for warranting your jewelry providing the consumer participates in the warranty program. The center stone was replaced in the time promised. and once replaced, I reviewed it with the original receipt and under a scope. It was just a beautiful as the original stone. Broken Necklace
I purchased a necklace from Jared's, and it broke within the first 60 days (i.e., within the warranty timeframe). I reached out to customer service, after 63 days. Given I waited 3 days to reach them, they were unwilling to fix or replace the necklace. I am very disappointed in both the quality and customer service.
