Chased twice just to be told they missed my order, was supposed to be a birthday present for a child but now wont arrive on time! Still hasn’t been dispatched as promised. Would never shop here again, at all!

Had one or two orders that went well, though one took a bit longer than expected to be dispatched.

However, have now been waiting a week for a preorder to dispatch (after the date they said it would be). The company have been ignoring comments across their social media from customers asking about the item being dispatched, and they've not given any updates online.

I contacted them through their website and hadn't had a response for a few days, over their time given on the form.

They had been replying to comments on Instagram unrelated to the delayed item, so I replied to them there asking why queries were being ignored. Got brushed off with the social media and customer service teams being different. Went to reply to them again and it turns out that they blocked me!

Safe to say I'm not impressed with how they've handled themselves. I've spent hundreds with them so far but will be cancelling my open order and not going near them again.

Update regarding JP2UK reply:

Unfortunately their website doesn't provide a contact form receipt to email, so I cannot confirm the date I initially contacted them, however it was far earlier than they claim.

"Spam" comments weren't left; comments trying to get an update on preorders were left on a few posts in an attempt to get any kind of response from their lacklustre social media team. They also most certainly blocked me as "hiding spam comments" doesn't stop a person from interacting with an Instagram account in any way (which is what happened to me).

I also came back to this review as they recently had a social media fauxpas by leaving a comment trying to justify their horrific scalper prices on the JP 30th Anniversary booster box, but they forgot to switch to their burner account, so just replied to themselves!

Joke of a company, completely unprofessional and without morals.

Got a few Japanese One Piece booster boxes and they were delivered within a week.

I've ordered from here a few times now and never an issue. Good stock at fair prices, won't go elsewhere for any Japanese stock.

Super simple ordering process, very easy to buy with many choices of payment methods accepted. Enourmous variety of cards to buy. Overall, very positive experience!!!

Resealed Pokemon, Japanese Dreams EX, multiple packs open, corners bent where resealing happened, loose resealed plastic on the box, there was a strong odour of glue when I took the plastic seal off.
Have bought from them before for yugioh & was happy with my order then, but to have spend over £100 and extra for speedy delivery to receive resealed packs is not okay, I'd avoid.
I am sadly, extremely disappointed.
I have reached out to get an immediate refund.
I sadly will not be buying from this company ever again.

The best place to get Pokemon cards online WITHOUT A DOUBT

After spending £150+ on 2 boxes from the website, my partner decided to pay extra for the 24 hour shipping, i understand that on their website it states this doesn’t mean 24 hour delivery, it could still take 2-3 days to ship. however i received no update for close to a week. We then got an email stating that they had sent the wrong order by ‘accident’ (items in the box weren’t anything we ordered and were valued at probably £50) which i understand could be a real possibility as human errors happen.

The problem is was on the day the wrong parcel arrived, they was asking for me to return the parcel with a pre paid label and was replying to emails back and forth regularly throughout the day. however as soon as i returned the parcel all contact stopped, me and my partner who made the order have sent 10+ emails attempting to get a reply from them to see when our original order will be sent out. tracking numbers show that the parcel i returned got back to them on the 20/04/26 in the early hours of the morning. i have now been ignored since the friday (the day i returned the parcel) i tried messaging them on instagram but have not had a reply. i had commented on a few of their posts stating the issue but once again have just been ignored while they reply to other comments that were left after i commented.

After checking their website again, it then showed that one of the booster boxes i ordered was ‘out of stock’ which lead me to assume that is why my parcel hasn’t been shipped, part of me was thinking maybe they are waiting on an order to get more stock before sending them out, which i would be fine with as long as they replied to me and let me know what was going on.

When they needed to contact me, they was eager to reply. however when i had a problem with the whole ordeal, they was not interested in giving me a response or keeping me updated.

*Update* The parcel arrived after a week but at this moment i would not use the website again due to their lack of contact and willingness to sort the problem out.

We was also offered a £10 coupon for their website which they did not follow through with because ‘i left an inaccurate negative review’ on here although all i did was express my opinion on the service i received

On some items the price is good or what you’d expect for imported product. But the English prices are nothing less than scalper levels.

£45 for a Brilliant Stars 3-pack blister that’s sold today on eBay (exact same product) for £18. Crazy.

I've purchased Japanese, Korean and Chinese Booster Boxes from Japan2UK and all of my orders were delivered on time, had no import tax which was great, in perfect condition, packaged beautifully and all priced reasonably at the time of purchase. The boxes/cards are authentic and I'll definitely be ordering from them regularly when I wanna add to my Jpn/Kr/Cn collections (:
