had a bit of suspicion at first but they came and were perfectly fine and good for the price too.

My package came very well protected and was advised. I thought compared to a lot of prices out there, it was a fantastic deal.

I bought Pokémon card from Japan2UK and overall it was a good experience. The card arrived in great condition and was well packaged, exactly as described, which made it feel reliable and trustworthy.
The only downside was the price, which felt quite expensive compared to other options. Because of that, it’s not the best choice if you’re trying to save money.
In short, good quality and service, but a bit overpriced.

I’ve ordered with Japan2UK 5-10 times over the past year and i am so happy with my purchases everytime! They are the only place that i shop for international pokemon sets as they are perfect quality and a reasonable price everytime. Their selection is incredible and they offer great customer service.

Packs were fun to open, was a little sad when I requested glaceon boxes and I didn’t get them despite the workers being able to see the eeveelution at the front of the box. It’s not like I asked for a crazy popular pokemon like Umbreon lmao.

Great service, my package delivered to Spain in less than a week and all the items were very protected, you can tell they really care about their costumers, definitely a 10/10, would buy again!! :)

I ordered on the 15th, received on the 18th. I can’t open the cards as they’re a birthday present for my partner in August 😩😂, but I’ve checked it out and it seems stock sealed still and everything! I was skeptical at first as I’ve never used them but I’ll definitely be buying again. Thank you!

Shocking prices, no justification for the prices they are charging, and no doubt excuses about “market price” will be used.

I remember the old days this company would sell items at a reasonable price. Not anymore. Never using again.

Great service and fairly fast postage

Despite the critical situation here in the Middle East and unfortunate loss of delivery (on two occasions actually!), Japan2UK, with the help of Quinn from customer service, support was immensely provided on an expedited basis; even a reorder was placed and followed by Quinn and then later a refund was provided. Extraordinary service provided and would highly recommend this store as #1 store for all Pokemon fans and trading experts like me. Wishing them all the success.

Easily the best option for UK collectors. Not just for Pokemon either, tons of TCG choices and products available. Competitive pricing, and various languages available if you're looking to get even better deals.

Absolutely disgusting store! Worse than scalpers they need their license to sell pokemon removed!!

New Chinese set box is £80 I’ve seen stores selling it for £250 and told them no I’m not paying that!! Japan2uk took it even further they want £500 for an £80 box!!!!

Never buy from these people do not encourage this behaviour!

Partner order a mystery box from japan2uk and normally we have a good experience with them for sealed products however the mystery boxes are a full on scam, not one piece of Pokémon as requested, no response from them - avoid the mystery products!

Prices on single packs but my biggest issue is there postage policy I ordered something on Monday and didn't get posted until Thursday won't receive it until Saturday they charge 2.99 2nd class 4.99 for 1st class and 14.99 for special delivery they charge for this i dont know why when it takes them forever to post my parcel should of been posted same day but no had to wait until Thursday they need to review there postage policy its a UTTER JOKE they price hike the hell out of pojemon products but postage is the worst
