Receive package within a couple of days all in perfect order wish every order of Pokémon boxes booster boxes was like this as they’ve got their own tape Japan to UK nothing can be open but anything Royal Mail can open that get sent to me Royal Mail open it and shut it again, but this box they cannot

Well priced, all information on delivery was accessible and up to date! On a side note I got the card that I wanted so was even more pleased! 😂 But would highly recommend for Pokemon TCG in other languages.

I bought 3 different items from them. Got an email saying they’d been delivered. They hadn’t. I looked on Royal Mail, it’s been delivered but not to my house. I’ve told them this. I’ve shown them a photo of my house. They have called me a liar and said they will “fight me” if I go for a charge back. While I know this is Royal Mails fault they should be posting with insurance as these things do happen. They won’t refund or replace so I’ve filed a dispute and they can fight me.

Avoid them.

amazing experience with the online site no issues atol it was mentioned on website if i wanted a only pokemon mystery box to request through email for it and i did!! i got such a quick reply..that’s something that never happens,it shows how dedicated it seems they are with this, excited and impatient now only after ordering it i cant wait !!!

Update: 7th September. I won the dispute against Japan2Uk. My bank refunded me the money for the entire order. Japan2uk's evidence was severely lacking. They showed photos of packs alongside a shipping label. I argued what happened to those packs between the time the photo was taken and when they were placed in the box. They could have been misplaced, lost, or stolen, anything. But Japan2uk had to make it a problem and now they lost a repeat customer.

All this could have been avoided if they just admitted their was a mistake and made things right. Now they have lost the trust if a long time buyer and I have kept the money.

My advice for anyone going forward buying from this company is videotaping opening the box and counting the packs on tape

Long time buyer from Japan2uk, sealed product has always been fine. So I I wanted to try loose product, well...

I brought 27 loose packs of Korean Yu-Gi-Oh Shadow of infinity but only received 20 in the box. To make matters worse, out of the 20 packs provided, there were exactly zero foil cards. Based on the mapping of these korean boxes, the mathematical probability of hitting zero foils in a 20-pack batch is less than 2%. In my opinion, this batch of inventory was severely compromised, and customer service refused to offer a fair resolution for the shorted items."

I have emailed them again, I'm waiting to hear back. I am hoping for a positive resolution with Japan2uk so I can update my review. Like I previously mentioned I've brought sealed product many times and there has not been an issue. But this time my experience has been awful.

Edit: July 9th Japan2uk continueously denies their mistake and will not offer a fair resolution. I have informed them of my video evidence in a final email message. I'm waiting to hear back again.

Japapan2uk also attempted to take my comment down from Trustpilot, claiming illegal or defamatory content. A cheap strategy to temporarily block my review from potential customers. Fortunately Trustpilot saw that and promptly put my review back up.

I will update with a final resolution once Japan2uk responds or my charge back with my bank has concluded.

Very good decently fast and product arrived absolutely perfectly.

I recently tried and sell some of my graded Pokémon Cards to Japan2UK via their online form. I submitted 16 cards total. While it took them acceptable 3 days to valuate the cards, they contacted me with a list of what they would by the cards for but the list contained 19 cards all of a sudden. No big deal I thought. As they said in their email "let us know what you think", I replied that they highly undervalued some of my actual cards and they mistakenly added 3 cards I never submitted via their form in the first place. Unfortunately since then I have been ghosted. Neither did they acknowledge their mistake nor did they reply to my more reasonable value for the cards. I sure I can't be asking too much when I "raise" the offer for the sale to roughly 67% of the cards overall value when the initial offer was way less than that. Anyway, I can only recommend to not do business with Japan2UK when you want to sell your graded cards as the communication and valuation of cards is that bad.
