Customer service is second to none. I think you may pay a little more for the products; however, when it comes to actually needing customer service and warranty, I am very happy that I did. Generator/Panel kit stopped working. Once I sent in a video/images of it not working, a new kit was delivered to me quickly. Very much appreciated!!!

My previous review was on the negative of poor customer service, this has now been resolved after some time. I would like to now review the actual Jackery 2000, with two solar panels. I took it to guide camp for a week. I didn't take the solar panels and we used as a power bank for leaders phones. Over the course of the week we used around 10% of the charge, I went straight on to a weekend in a field using it for toaster kettle and phones. We used the solar panels and when we came back we had 100 % charge. Looking forward to testing it further.

Had a problem they help me troubleshoot it and since the problem couldn't be fixed they took care of me and replaced the unit

Honestly, I'm not sure what this survey is in response to. I did recently contact support with a question about a Jackery battery charge cable that I've had for quite a while, so maybe that's it. Not only was the automated (AI) chat helpful, it offered to forward the question to Tech Support for more information and I got a prompt response from them. Very much appreciate the help.

Excellent customer service. First class help from Shiena who went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service was exceptional and she made every effort and resolved my issue.
I bought a Jackery 500 power unit to provide power in my garage and ordered this but mistakenly forgot to order the solar panel at the same time as there was a special price if you bought them together.
Shiena’s tenacity and effort afforded me a discounted price. It’s rare these days to receive customer service of this standard. An absolute credit to Jackery and a perfect example of how customer service should be done.

Poor quality kit. Seemed to work well to begin with but then first unit died within a week. Replacement unit sent, faulty solar input. Customer service is poor, very slow and hard to talk to an actual human. Avoid.

Well I’ve bought three units from Jackery and I’ve had nothing but problems concerning the units and customer service. My first unit was a 3600 plus that started smoking my second unit that was connected to my aquarium just shut down while it was 85 percent charged and my aquarium backed up and water flooded my kitchen and damaged a section of my floors now I have a problem with the ports that won’t charge my devices so I have to use the plug outlet and when you notify jackery they take days to respond and then they want to ask you all these questions like you’re applying for the CIA first response was what’s your order number and serial number and I give it and two days later I get another response what’s your order number and serial numbers and I give it and then they say can you explain what happened now I’ve done this at least ten times with multiple people from Jackery and nothing has happened. If Jackery has a large company instead of sending free units to YouTubers who doesn’t have a real clue to how the unit works Jackery needs to concentrate on the paying customers who depend on a reputable company I can see the positive about the generator but I believe I just bought a defective unit but I guess I’m done with jackery.

I needed a longer cord to reach the solar panels when needed. I got the 10m cord and it is nearly perfect for my application. All the testing went well and I am hopeful that when the time comes, and it will, I will have a way to keep the power going with my HP3000!

Company was fast on their feet and offered a replacement quickly - I didn't think it was under warranty. We found out ours didn't work when I brought it to Dad's after a tornado, which was frustrating.

What made it great was mostly the customer service that was extremely helpful with weight issue we were having. We really like the unit we purchased. We tested the important items, except the refrigerator which says will work for that too. All ran fine. The only disappointment was that we wish the panels didn't take so long to charge up, almost a day and a half from 45% to 100%, moving and keeping them lined up as directed. Not sure if this unit is able to handle more powerful panels. But other than that, we are very satisfied with the system and the company's customer service which is important when purchasing higher priced items and especially when it comes to emergency systems as this.

I got a replacement unit for the faulty one without any haggling. That is what you would expect.

I bought a Jackery Explorer 1500 in April of 2022. Now in August of 2026 it has a fault that the hard reset won't fix. The company said "parts for this specific model have been discontinued ... the cost of a repair would likely exceed the price of a comparable refurbished unit." The Jackery unit is for emergency preparedness sometime in the future and you can't rely on it and there is no way to fix any kind of problem. I am out over $1,000 and the resolution by the company is to buy another one. No, I don't think so. Mine was only used indoors for small loads when the power went out temporarily as it waited for real work in a hurricane or whatever. Do not purchase this item.
