This company and Keith ( who was nothing but fantastic) has made the very difficult time of dealing with financial worries as painless and easy as it could possibly be! It can be extremely embarrassing and emotional difficult to make that initial contact with a company to help and IVA.com were perfect for me, I work 2 jobs and have very little time to discuss and go through all the details that are required, I was able to deal with one contact end to end and communicate via email supplying documentation and details when I was able to electronically, for me this was perfect. Keith was the definition of professional through the whole process and encouraging not judgmental , I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. I feel I am able to move forward and have reduced my personal stress significantly by dealing with them.

I found the people I spoke to at IVA.com very friendly and helpful, they explained the whole process to me in a clear and personal manner.
There was no pressure put on me to make a decision either way. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that the process took longer than I anticipated although that could have something to do with my job.

Before applying for my IVA I was very reserved as to whether going down this route was a good idea but my debts were getting out of hand and inwas finding hard tonkeep on top of it. From the first phone call i had wiith keith he had a very calming and understanding manner. I told him my situation and why i got into debt and i never felt like i was being judged. I know that it is a hard decision to admit defeat but it takes a strong person to admit when they need help. So please give IVA a call. You wont regret it. You have nothing to lose.

If you are unsure or nervous about taking the first steps to sort your finances I can honestly say this is the place to go. I contacted Keith White, and he was helpful, non judgemental, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Absolutely Amazing - Keith Saved My Life.

Starting from the begging; my business has slowed down massively and i had no other option but to shut it down - all loans (to purchase and invest in this particular business) were in my personal name.
So basically i had no income and about £1700 monthly loans to pay i was terrified and i didn't know what to do.

I called lots of business and debt advisors and has been told go for bakruption as the only resolution - obviously to do so everyone would charge minimum £2000 plus court fees. They never explained how it works or propose any other options such IVA or debt managment plan.

Then i found iva.com and i have contacted Keith since the first phone call he was so helpful and basically took a stress out of the conversion.

Now i have one small payment each month to pay and i am back on my feet enjoying life again and have smile on my face each morning when i wake up.

I wanted to get a handle on my spiraling debt before things got out of control so having done my research into my available options I decided an IVA was most suitable for me. Having done research into an iva I was dubious on what company to go through.
I recieved a call back from Keith at iva.com who talked me through the process and answered any questions I had. His knowledge and reassurance gave a positive perspective to get the ball rolling on an iva. I cannot recommend Keith of IVA.com highly enough. I had been overspending on credit cards beyond my means for several years and when I suddenly realised I wasn't eligible for 0% balance transfers anymore I began to panic. All my income went on repayments and I had nothing left over, causing me to re-spend and make the problem worse still.
