Reflections on HYBRID IDENTITIES – Venice International Art Fair 2025

I had the great honour of participating in the HYBRID IDENTITIES exhibition during the BORDERS – Venice International Art Fair 2025, held at the beautiful Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello. Representing Lapidary Art from the JP. GEMS & Carvings Collection, it was a truly unforgettable experience to present gemstone sculptures in such an inspiring, international setting.

The exhibition explored the many layers of identity in today’s world, and it was both humbling and exciting to see such diverse voices coming together under one roof. My heartfelt thanks go to Luca Curci, the curator, whose vision brought it all to life, and to Giulia Tassi, General Manager of ITSLIQUID Group, whose flawless organisation made the entire process smooth and professional from start to finish.

The care and attention given to each artist and artwork was exceptional. This is an organisation that truly understands the importance of presentation, communication, and atmosphere. I would highly recommend ITSLIQUID to any artist wishing to exhibit in iconic European cities like Rome, London, and Paris—a dream for many of us, and one made possible through their dedicated work.

Perfekte Organisation und eleganter Auftritt in erstklassigem Ambiente. Giulia Tassi, die Kuratorin der Ausstellung "Morphos", hat im Vorfeld jede Frage umgehend und freundlich beantwortet und die Organisation hat hervorragend geklappt.
Auch die Zusammenarbeit mit Lorenzo, der die Rücksendung der Bilder organisierte, gestaltete sich hervorragend.
Wenn Sie also Ihre Bilder gerne in Venedig oder in Rom hängen sehen möchten und etwas Kleingeld übrig haben, gönnen Sie sich ein paar schöne Tage!
Kleiner Tipp: kümmern Sie sich rechtzeitig um die Rücksendung der Bilder, am besten, solange die Ausstellung noch läuft.

Team, communication, exhibition

All interactions were smooth and easy, great professionals. The open exhibition that they putted together were super good and well advertised!!!

Artists, proceed with caution. This organization operates more like a vanity association focused on profit rather than genuine artistic merit. They appear to accept virtually any artist in order to collect fees, and once you're on their list, expect a flood of promotional emails. Despite multiple requests to unsubscribe, they continued to send emails — and the unsubscribe link doesn’t function. This behavior not only reflects poor business ethics but may also violate email marketing laws.

It was incredible how the event in Venice (Venice International Art Fair 2025) was perfectly organized and how everyone from the team was attentive to every artist. I think ITSLIQUID GROUP gives a great opportunity for artists especially for those who are just at the beginning of their creative career path. Even couple months ago having possibility to display my work in Venice seemed absolutely impossible for me. And now my dream has come true! I would love to continue cooperating with ITSLIQUID GROUP. I really would like to thank everyone from the team for their help before and after the exhibition. They are not only great professionals, but also very nice people.
