Ordering went well that was not the issue delivery was appalling it was a day late then to make it worse they didn't send an invoce attachment out either like most etailer /retailer stores do as standard very poor standards need improving.

Attended the Harlow store on this occasion, but have visited the chelmsford store previously. Great shops where you can see everything, the harlow store in particular has pretty much everything in stock that they sell on line. Think this is their main dispatch centre. Really helpful staff as well, and the prices are pretty good

No longer the best bang for buck tool store
ITS used to be one of the greatest places to buy tools at the best prices. Now they are more often that not one of the most expensive places. The only good thing is that when in a tight spot, as I was, you can still go and get tools as they normally have high stock. But every time I have used them over the last couple of years they have always more expensive than online competition and more often than not, including this time, more expensive than competing high street stores

That’s not fair I ordered a click and collect as was in the area and have been following ITs for sometime.
When I arrived at the store busting for a wee ( let’s be honest most men of a certain age) to be told that they have no customer toilet. I explained that I would like to look round and likely to spen a few quid . To be told the nearest toilet was over the road at KFC . That was enough for me to pick up my order and go. Sad as it won’t make me want to rush back .
I don’t understand why builders merchants and trade shops don’t have at lest one toilet you can use in desperation. !!!

Very friendly and plentiful staff. One colleague was only too ready to help as this was my first time in the store. The layout of the store was very impressive, rather than having to look through a catalogue or online, the products were there to look at in real time. I will certainly return.
