Quick delivery, shorts seem good quality, sizing was a bit vague so asked a question finally got a reply about a week later 🤔

Looked at products on-line but always…
Looked at products on-line but always wanted to go to a store which is on the other side of London, bit of a drive away. An new store opened up in Luton just of the M1, l had to drop my daughter off at the airport so l thought I’d have look in the new store on the way home, WOW what a great store I’m glad l did, seeing everything on hand. I will be going back and the drive will be worth it, open a store in west London I’m sure it would do well I’ve told loads of my friends about IT’S.

Cheaper than Amazon, exceptionally fast delivery, even when using the free delivery option.
Only downside was the need to pick the parts seperatly, as there wasn't an option to buy the bundle with a case in that configuration.

We had a misunderstanding with one of the ITS shops regarding the use of a gift voucher.
I contacted Customer Services & Sophie replied quickly & efficiently. No nonsense - she just apologised for the confusion & fixed the issue!

Experience thus far has been great, they responded quickly to initial query re stock item that was out of stock, then emailed me later with an update and confirmation it was back in stock. Items arrived 2 days earlier than I anticipated, well packaged and intact. Communication has been great. Prices are generally cheaper than direct from Ryobi and the free gifts (batteries and tools) make ITS my number 1 choice now.

Great service from real people. Pity about the courier.
I had a problem with the ITS website but when I sought help I was dealing with a real person immediately. Problem was quickly resolved and my Ryobi tools were delivered the next working day in good condition at the best price I could find. Second problem was with the courier, DPD. Yet again they left my delivery on the doorstep in full view of the road. Luckily I found the parcel and took it in before the rain started (I'm in Scotland).
