I strongly recommend that you stay away from this site, especially if you don’t live in Turkey. Because of a false claim, my money was blocked for a whole month with no explanation or help. I had to solve the problem myself since their support team is useless. They just copy and paste the same responses and don’t actually care about your issue.
To fix the problem I had to find the buyer myself and talk to them directly. Even after that they still didn’t remove the block on my money. Do you know why? Because they wanted me to delete the negative review I wrote about them.
Yes, that really happened. They literally said, “Remove your complaint and we’ll remove the block.” The block was only removed after I deleted my post. Stay away from this site. Even when you read those overly positive reviews, you can tell right away they’re fake or written by bots.

Croqsi adındaki bir mağazadan netflix hesabı satın almıştım. öncelikle bana ilanındaki gibi özel bir profil vermemişti başka cihazlar giriş yapıyordu. sonrasında sitenin destek birimi satıcıya şikayetlerimi iletmiş ancak satıcının bana yardımcı olduğu yoktu. en son bana 1 profil ve profilin şifresini vermişti ama daha ben profile girmeden 3 kişi profilde film izliyordu. bende sorunu tekrar desteğe yazıp aynı anda şikayetvar.com a da yazdım yarım saat içinde dönüş yapıldı şikayetvar a yazmasamda zaten iadesi yapılacakmış. mağazanın kapatılması ve ücret iadesinin yapılması ile destek sürecim sonlandı. bu süreçte darladığım,üzdüğüm destek biriminden özür dilerim.
