Hi my wifi been down since yesterday
Hi my wifi been down since yesterday. We rang twice i first talked to Aaron, who spoke very clearly an gave me simple step by step instructions and made it very easy for me to follow instruction exactly with no problem. Very nice man. I also rang back after few hours as i was waiting for some1 to ring me to deal with the wifi and AMY answered, she was very polite and looked straight away to see the hold up and explained to me that as they are so busy it could take at least 24 hours. So that settled me as i was waitin by the phone, but now i can get on with my day. She was also very informative and polite and as my hearing not very well, i was still able to understand every word. I wish all customer service people were just like AARON& AMY. thankyou guys

One of the worst customer services I…
One of the worst customer services I have ever dealt with. 93 year old gran was left without a phone line and her emergency call button for 3 weeks with no call backs or replies to emails. They couldn't care less about a vulnerable old lady and when we finally got an appointment for them to fix their mistake they cancelled and delayed another week. Promised multiple call backs but never ever got one, no reply to emails.

Took money from my friends account…
Took money from my friends account after having an agreement in place for monthly instalments left him without any money or food for his pets for 4-5 days saying it would take that long later saying 7-10 days all while leaving him with nothing over a weekend into the beginning of the following week until he had to get his bank involved and still it is ongoing DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. You pay for what you get in this world

My mothers phone line has been faulty…
My mothers phone line has been faulty for about 4 days now, I tried calling customer services on my mobile but only got a recorded message about a nation wide fault. I have now dumped italk and set her up with BT which I am with for Internet and landline.

Appalling. This company has left an 89 yr old lady with NO way of contacting any emergency service. Cut off despite expressly being asked not to do so until BT could sort the digital switchover

Don't know why the scores are so good - they are impossible to actually get hold of! Phone on hold for 20 minutes+, emails not answered. Useless and will be switching as soon as contract allows.

The kind of company you expect to see on Panorama
89 year old, blind grandfather's phone not working for nearly two months now. We made clear he is a vulnerable customer and his phone is a lifeline.
An engineer was meant to come round last week to fit a new system; my poor mum waited in at his house for over 9 hours and no-one came. No contact. Nothing.
They tell you to reach out to the customer service email address (perhaps a bot will say this in the reply), but I have had an active thread since 19th March and no one has replied.
They say call their helpline, but you're on hold for up to 3 hours. They say to use their LiveChat; I can't remember ever seeing it manned.
Absolutely appalling. The kind of company you expect to see on Panorama. It breaks my heart for elderly people who don't have someone to advocate for them.

Re: iTalk’s reply below: This is misleading. I have explicitly requested a written reply to my email thread multiple times as I am not available by phone. There is an email thread of 10+ messages that you are ignoring.
You have a responsibility to comply with my communication wishes under Ofcom regulations; instead, you continue to ignore my emails and call both myself and my grandfather who is increasingly distressed.
Why do you refuse to provide our correspondence in writing?
