Further to my complaint about italk why…
Further to my complaint about italk why is it that they can’t find my account to answer queries yet it is the same account that they can find when taking money out to pay for the service.
The first letter I had in this continuing saga was a bill to be paid by 01/01/1970 and my service will stop on 31/12/1969 the company didn’t even exist then so they either have a good clairvoyant who can see into the future if so please tell me the lottery numbers and also ask them where my real account is so they can check that it’s all paid up then we can stop this persecution of older citizens.

Very poor experience - AVOID!
Lovely costumer service team, however said they’d arrange my bill to the correct price after over paying (for 5 months) after checking I’ve still ended it up paying more! Spoke to a guy and Said they’d sort it (not offered a refund either) after 11 phone calls …. Still not sorted. Now have been notified that my bill has gone up by £7! Wouldn’t choose to go with Italk again …. Avoid

Disgraceful
Disgraceful! You left my 88 year old aunt in Wales completely devastated and isolated following threatening calls re fines and her copper telephone line being cut off if she didn’t upgrade to fibre . Against her wishes you or open reach engineers terrified her enough to allow them in/after four failed visits due to the age of her cottage and thick walls the last engineers visit on 15th May who reported to her it was not feasible to connect her to fibre and left leaving her a few hours later with a dead landline. Many unanswered calls and emails later she still has no phone. She is almost blind and frail and her phone line is /was her lifeline!! Disgraceful behaviour. She has had to get a relative to call BT and move back to them to get her phone line on. A two week wait at least and Probably a new number and she cannot use a mobile as no reception!! If the Welsh govt officials who instigated roll out of broadband to all rural Welsh houses are reading this I hope you note what a tragic outcome this will have caused many elderly people. Ofcom too should be aware especially as they said vulnerable people should be treated with consideration! How can this happen in a supposedly civilised country!!!

Stole from my elderly mother! Again!
My mother cancelled her account paid the final bill over the phone by card as she had already cancelled her DD.
Then the following month they demanded payment for a service she was no longer using!
They also added a late fee!
£60 for nothing!
She paid it to get them off her back.
Now we have to wait and see if they try it again next month.
Avoid.
They are thieves!
Edit: another month later sure enough they're trying it again!
It's now 16th June my mum cancelled it on March 27th.
Another £12.50 late payment change.
Also they say "can't locate the account with the details provided"
I literally copy and pasted the account number from the email and sent them a screenshot!

I was called by one of your consultants…
I was called by one of your consultants to offer me a WiFi router from mtn and to say I am disappointed is an understatement I agreed to the contract i payed for it...then came delivery time I had issues with the address apparently your consultant put in the wrong address so it was re-scheduled a week later they came to deliver at the correct address only for the delivery biometric system not to work, so I took a decision to cancel the contract but I have had issues with doing so cause now MTN is telling me to contact italk so they can cancel my contract and credit my account with R610 so MTN can refund. When I call your consultant they cut my calls their so rude honestly I don't know who is wrong here me for trusting a service provider, Italk for be unprofessional or @mtn for not being to call out their on sales point this is so disappointing.

I would give zero stars if I could!
I would give zero stars if I could. They send my Pop (93 years old) a router with no explanation of what it was for. It was because the usual copper lines were going to be turned off. He had no phone call, no follow up to make sure he understood. His phone was cut off. I managed to install his router, after he told me about this box that he had received but put into a cupboard. This router has been intermittent at best. I have called multiple times to get this rectified and asked someone to come and look but apparently that costs them too much money.
I have emailed them and they haven't replied. My Pop has not had a working phone for weeks now and the cameras I installed don't work either.
They are awful to deal with, the wait times are appalling. Nobody seems to care. I have a new internet provider lined up but they have to relay cables. I would not recommend italk to anyone.

Took out more than they should have and now are phoning me 4 times a day for a late payment which was not the case,I left them and went to a new company, I cancelled my DD and they still took money from my account they have kept my details, do not trust this company

ITalk upgraded my home service 6 weeks…
ITalk upgraded my home service 6 weeks ago to digital and my phone has not worked since. In my 80's I rely on this service to contact family, friends and NHS Services. They have no escalation process, cannot offer any guidance to when the problem will be resolved and are still billing me!
I have a mobile but no signal where I live.

Non stop harassment
Non stop harassment. Due to an outage I had no option cancel. Few occasions taken £195 out of my account without permission. Thankfully bank refunded me and advised me change bank card and they still had access take money out. Thy never succeeded tho had my money back each time! And their blocked from bombarding me with calls and texts! Bunch of robbing B######S.
