Orders over a month ago and it still…
Orders over a month ago and it still hasn’t even shipped out to me. I contacted them and asked for expedited delivery or to cancel as it’s not going to arrive in time for the gift. Instead of helping and working with me, they sent me a link for a free gift or a $20 credit to purchase something in the future.
The real kicker is that they have a link to a page for this exact delay so it’s clearly common. Not a good experience!

The ordering process was easy and the website was user-friendly. All aspects of ordering and shipping ran according to promises. The necklace itself is gorgeous and made for a perfect gift. Our only issue was with shipping – the necklace chain was a bit tangled upon arrival, but it was able to be straightened out. Would definitely order from Israel Blessing again!
