I bought a bracelet
I bought a bracelet. Unfortunate Part of it broke within a year. I have just received my replacement bracelet and I’m ecstatically happy with it. From reporting the item to receipt of a replacement free of charge was less than 2 months.
I’m also very happy with Israel Blessing’s customer services something I have found to be quite rare nowadays. They have shown sensitivity, care and consideration for me, their customer. The speedy and courteous manner with which they have dealt with my issue deserves a special mention. They have gone beyond what I requested.

Dear Debbie,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience.
We’re truly sorry that your bracelet broke that’s never the experience we want for our customers. That said, we’re so grateful you gave us the opportunity to make it right.
Hearing that you’re ecstatically happy with your replacement means everything to us. We believe that jewellery is personal, and so is our service. Showing care, sensitivity, and respect is not something extra for us it’s simply how we believe customers should be treated.
We’re especially glad the process felt smooth and that your replacement reached you within a reasonable timeframe. Your kind words about our customer service truly mean the world to our team.
Thank you for trusting Israel Blessing. We’re always here for you.
PERSONALISED NECKLACE
After receiving a gifted necklace, I realised there was a mistake with a spelling (our fault!) Inbar was incredible,.so kind, understanding, helpful and supportive from my very first email to her. She kept me updated throughout the whole process. When I received the new necklace I was shocked because it was so special. The pictures do it now justice. It was perfect.
All made and delivered within the expected time frame.
I am not a jewellery person at all, but I'm so proud and wear my personalised necklace daily.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Israel Blessing to family and friends!

I ordered several pieces from Israel…
I ordered several pieces from Israel Blessings for Chanukah gifts, and I couldn’t be happier. My granddaughters absolutely love their nameplate necklaces—they are beautiful and so special. I also ordered bracelets for my daughters-in-law with their children’s Hebrew names, which are stunning, as well as a necklace with all of my daughters’ children’s names. Every piece is gorgeous and crafted with such care.
Communication was fast and very professional. A spelling correction was needed and it was handled promptly and seamlessly. I will absolutely be recommending Israel Blessings to family and friends and will definitely be ordering again.✨

Haven't received item.....
Today is 12/26/25. I bought a $250 item on 12/12/25
I paid additional shipping which guaranteed delivery by 12/23-12/24.
I finally received a tracking number which shows the item is still in Isreal. I'm unsure if I'll ever see this item...
Today is 12/29/25
Customer service was prompt to respond which was appreciated.
I was credited back my additional shipping charges. I still have not received my item I'm slight more confident I will see it soon.....

An actual blessing.
I received the leather bracelet with 3 inscription beads, in Hebrew and it is absolutely perfect in every detail. The craftsmanship is beyond compare and for me, it is extremely important that it was made by members of the Jewish Nation. I will say this, the bracelet was a bit too large and the beads kept rotating to the bottom of my wrist. I contacted Israel Blessing support and inquired about a replacement at about 1" shorter in length and what charges I would incurr.they promptly responded and much to my amazement, they conveyed to me that there would be no charges and I could keep the original bracelet as well. Who does that!...I can't think of anyone here in America that would have done that for me, with the exception of my Mother, may God rest her soul. The Jews are God's chosen people for a reason and rightly so. During the Hanakkuh celebration I personally pray that God blesses each and every one of you and the entirety of the Jewish Nation. How dare anyone raise a hand or utter a derogatory remark against the Jewish Nation. May God bless you and Israel. Thank you so very much...that gesture touched my heart so strongly that I found it hard to breathe.

Dear Jeffrey,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a deeply moving and heartfelt review. Your words truly touched all of us.
We are honored that the bracelet resonated with you, not only in its craftsmanship, but in its meaning. Knowing how important it was to you that it be made by members of the Jewish Nation makes our work feel especially purposeful. Every piece is created with intention, care, and faith, and it means more than we can express to know that this was felt so strongly by you.
We’re also very glad we could assist with the sizing and make things right for you.
