Honestly , this is a bad insurance plan. They couldn't process my claim because I was sick before getting the coverage , which is WILD to me, so if I got sick and get an assurance , they will let me die!!!!!! because I got sick before getting the insurance . OH my God! and this claiming helping international student? in what sense ????
Finding a doctor under the plan is HARD, because maybe its not update or what , it was hard to find a doctor and now they won't cover you !

Great customer service, efficient at making sure claims are met and understand student issues well enough to know what best suits them. So far i have had a pleasant experience with them and fingers crossed that continues.

Fast and kind response, clear instruction, reasonable charges. Having been sick yet so not sure about whether it'd be easy to make a claim, just saying the experience when I encountered trouble trying to waive my school insurance.
