This company acted for me in a land disput.my house insurance company paid them £18000 for a very good case with strong factual evidence.Then without warning or any reason they pulled out and said goodby I could not speak to anyone after that.....when i read comments by clients ninety pc said they were a rip off and stopped after taking big money...those comments seemed to have changed to all good ...they are fake.stay away from this firm if you dont want to get ripped off

I cannot recommend Amy Lee highly enough
I can most highly recommended Amy Lee at Irwin Mitchell as without her and her teams supourt , professionalism and persistence , I very much doubt I would have conclusion, I am pleased to say , I now have.
Over a year ago I experienced significant injuries in cycling accident involving 2 other vehicles , with no memory of what happened and no CTV cameras making the circumstances particularly difficult.
I was fortunate that I had access to several routes for legal support . I was concerned that I need a motivated , professional and understanding advocate with excellent backing , so after some considerable consideration, I decided upon Amy Lee at Irwin Mitchell and I have not once regretted my decision.

5 year old dies after being misdiagnosed of Meningitis.
My daughter died in December 2023, after we had been sent home from our local hospital. Not long after her death, I started to contact legal teams and after contacting numerous ones I knew Irwin Mitchell would be one to use.
From the second speaking with them they were very empathetic to my situation whilst remaining professional.
Jack Bookey was the solicitor we were given and his expertise was second to none.
We were supported from the get go including pre inquests, the inquest and medical negligence case.
He responded to my emails and phone calls efficiently and kept me well informed with the inquest and medical negligence case.
He made the whole process slightly more bearable and I could tell that it wasn't just about securing a payment or winning the case.
We will actually be forever grateful that we were given Jack as our solicitor and choose to use Irwin Mitchell.

Contacted the company and the initial call handler kept asking what I wanted in relation to an outcome with my position. It was relentless speaking to the call handler. I had to cut off the call as I was getting no where.

Avoid at all costs
I spoke to Shelley today at first she didn't know what my enquiry was about because she did not read it. Then she said if I can asked my consultant about getting information on the long term impact which I can do but I explained to her that I am still having investigations.
Common sense would tell her I would need to wait until I know more. Then she followed up with a rejection email straight after the call.
Which she could have asked me to contact the company when I have it. This misleading attitude and dismissive behaviour... you dont want someone like this handling your case.
Update despite the lies the team leader tried to state in her reply it was not the point of not having the information it was how Shelly behaved and I told the company I would not have people like this handle my case I have no interest in using them. She should have read my emails they don’t read emails in this company.

They are only interested if they have…
They are only interested if they have an easy job and will make a quick buck and even when 90% of the work is done for them, will turn it down. In the future should I need a solicitor for any reason, I will not go here.
