I had purchased a lifetime plan when it was invanto, I have school, but right now I am unable to get access my school. it shows the need to pay again. Please give me access or refund my money back.

I purchased the Lifetime Access Invanto platform (later named Ventture) from Appsumo.

They over charged my credit card 3 TIMES in one month. And then told me I need to renew my subscription on their new Legacy Platform, using the pandemic as an EXCUSE. I am not left with over 200 students on my account with NO ACCESS. Being held hostage by this SCAM of a company.

BEWARE!

Took my money in return for lifetime access to a course platform. Used it for a year then they switched it off telling me it cost them too much to support and i must upgrade to their new tool venture.. Asked for money back or free upgrade and nothing.. very poor experience and have robbed me of my hard earned cash. avoid and dont go near their new platform venture..

This scam company stole our money and delete all LTD customers and now they changed their name to ventture.com

DO NOT USE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Read the reviews here and take note. They are doing a cash grab. They have removed their customer support system completely and will not offer any level of service. DO NOT spend your precious time building new course on this.
Use other platforms such as Thinkific, Teachable or a your own purpose built WP/Learndash platform.

They have taken money from my account despite me canceling within days of initial contact - 7 debits in two days - no response from support - which I had checked them out more thoroughly

Same experience is the same as others. They don't honour their agreements.
I signed up to a paid lifetime deal and then charge you monthly, illegal!

Invanto charged my card $370 a month ago when I had not authorized any such thing and had not used their service in over a year. I contacted them and they said it was a mistake and they would correct it. They did NOT correct it and then a month later they charged my card $370 5 X in one day - causing my account to be overdrawn. Now I have to cancel my debit card and create hours of work updating autocharges, etc.. I have never hated a company more than I hate Invanto right now.

I haven't used them since buying the lifetime deal with appsumo. They made unauthorized transactions on my credit card for $240. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nothing new to add, you will immediately get a true sense of Invanto from all the other reviews, their experiences are the same as mine, a buggy platform, no customer support, no business sense.

Same as everyone. Paid for Lifetime Deal, to later log in and find out to use my lifetime deal, I have to pay $20 a month. Scam/con artist, don't trust for a second. Karma will get people like Deep

Ok, so, I'll start off with the "slightly less terrible" aspects of this company and work my way up to the more terrible stuff...

I originally purchased the AppSumo deal these folks offered. The deal was for lifetime. Now they've forced customers into a monthly subscription despite paying for a lifetime deal.

If this wasn't bad enough, I used their VA super heroes monthly service (around $370) per month - the experience was horrible. I ended up struggling to get any meaningful work completed. A complete waste of money.

And now, 18 months after I cancel, they have the audacity to STEAL money from my account with an unauthorized charge.

Absolute rip off merchants.

Like many others here I purchased an unlimited time deal via Appsumo. I liked the technology and was looking for a VA, so when they had their offer of hiring their team through their 'Invanto Heroes' offer, I hired them. This was a really bad decision. Their work was beyond subpar. For example, they charged me 40$ (2 hours) for the creation of a banner that was a simple image with text on it and looked so bad I had my assistant create a new one. They were really bad at transcribing content I sent, saying if I wanted the work done better, for an hour of audio, they'd need about 10 to transcribe... That's when I decided not to review. When my time ran out, I ended up with 600$ unpaid work that never was delivered. I was just told to hire them again if I needed work done.

This VA service was their 'Invanto Heroes' at the cost of $370 per month. For the hours of service included this sounded okay but at that stage, I had no idea what a bad idea this was. The results were really bad so I quit their subscription after a few months. I missed 3 months when they charged me even when I had canceled. They said they could extend the amount of work they could do for me, but not reimburse me?! And when I came up with work for them that I thought hopefully they could do, they told me my time had run out and I had to pay them again. 600$ worth of work. Not professional!

Still I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I continued using the platform until October last year when in order to see students and contents, they forced us to pay 20$, not respecting the unlimited access they had promised. I also forgot to mention that in the meantime, they also charged us other unlimited time deals for upgrades we never got. I was willing to pay that to support them, though that was NOT part of the LTD. I contacted support over 19 weeks ago to ask why my credit card was not automatically debited every month to keep my access running smoothly, and never heard from their support team.

That's when I moved to Podia - which I'm very happy with. Customer support team is AMAZING!! Since then, I never went back to Invanto.

In February 2021, over two years after I last dealt with the VA service, I am now shocked to discover an unauthorised payment Invanto has taken of $370 from my credit card. I contacted them, asked for this to be investigated and the money refunded. I was told they'd look into this - and never heard anything back after that. I am discussing with my credit card provider to get a full refund. Since then I saw I'm not the only one being debited fraud charges. Saying it's unethical is not enough.

Please DO NOT trust them. I've had to block and change my card, move all my customers and content. With the time and money lost, it's them that should be paying us now!

I am discussing this with my credit card provider and intend to get a full refund. But how did it get to this? Unethical beyond words. What a company! Beware.

Sadly my experience is the same as others. They don't honour their agreements and the 'support' staff are nasty and abusive. My content is lost unless I sign up to a paid deal - since I paid for a lifetime use in the beginning I find their attitude very offensive.

Lesson learned. Stay away from this company.

Same experience and story as all preview reviews. I had purchased the appsumo lifetime deal for the agency plan when it was released at $99. Later on they released the cartfog product which despite that the lifetime was supposed to have access to everything and future products, they said this specifically was not included into that and so I went and purchased the cartfog upgrade as well, which if I am not wrong was for $149 or $199 I am not sure... all of this now is lost because they just stole the money and now they are demanding for a recurring monthly payment of $20. What a shame of a company with no ethics at all. I sent a message to the customer support asking what happened and they replied in a very accusatory and rude way despite I was very polite in my inquire. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Like EVERYONE else, I bought a "lifetime deal" from AppSumo in 2017 that turned out to be worthless. In 2019, they strong-armed me into an additional $99 "upgrade" that I really didn't need, but decided it was a small investment to "future proof" my needs.

Now I have NOTHING. And their customer service is dismissive and rude. STAY AWAY.

I have paid for their LTD for $49 without immediate use to invest in a startup for future use. After a year or so when I logged in to finally use it the website informed that they cannot honor the LTD anymore and I have to immediately switch to their paid plan. So basically they looted my money. Bunch of theifs. If you don't honor your LTD promise atleast you should have returned customers their money when they haven't used your service at all. So basically my money was their free investment and it paid $0 for me. Don't understand how people like this with such poor ethics still exist in the SAAS space.

The worst part is not the above but this. Invanto was still selling LTDs and UpSells to the LTDs just few days before they cancelled all those LTD accounts and asked us to pay 100% of new user signup price. Basically software theifs who are roaming without getting arrested.
