5 Stars – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently placed a large order with Bathroom Point for most of the fittings and furniture for our new bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Everything went very smoothly despite the size of the order. When one item arrived slightly damaged, it was quickly replaced and resent within just a few days. On another occasion, I accidentally ordered the wrong colour – after a short and friendly email exchange, the issue was resolved immediately and the correct item was arranged without any fuss.
Special thanks go to Jake from customer service. His fast responses and genuine helpfulness made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find such understanding and efficient support these days.
The products themselves are beautiful and very well-made – solid, high-quality, and exactly as described. They’ve transformed our bathroom and look even better in real life than in the photos.
I highly recommend Bathroom Point to anyone looking for bathroom furnishings. Excellent products backed by excellent service. I’ll be sure to add some photos once the bathroom is fully finished!

Bathroom suite

Customer service has been great, helpful and pleasant to speak with, products didn't disappoint good quality, however as a company they need to improve delivery services and communications in regards to delivery.

We have recently acquired all the kit…

We have recently acquired all the kit from this company and couldn’t be anymore helpful!! Totally professional guys kept me up to speed on any issues ie delivery, out of stock items, etc. The quality is the best !! I live in Scotland and can’t get as good a quality as these guys supplied me !! Top marks on everything!! It all came on a pallet ( witch was a concern but no problems atall it was here next day .. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service.

We ordered a shower and basin tap in October 2024. Delivery was prompt, but for various reasons I did not fully fit the shower until January 2026. I then discovered a leak and found that the three way valve cartridge on the shower was cracked. I emailed Jake at Bathroompoint. He responded next morning with an apology and organised a replacement cartridge.
I understand that even with good quality control, sometimes such problems slip through. When this happens it is the how the company deals with things that makes all the difference. In this case they sent me a replacement part with no quibble even after 2 years from purchase. Sadly not all companies are so helpful.

Really happy with my purchase and the…

Really happy with my purchase and the customer service I received when I couldn't find what I was looking for on the website. Speedy delivery and was cheaper than like-for-like products I found on other sites – would definitely recommend.
