I was a little nervous after reading some of the negatives reviews, however my experience was so far from that.
My Fantasia de soleil is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. The quality and workmanship are lovely, and I couldn’t be happier with it.
One thing I would say is that these dresses are made to order, not bought off the peg, so it’s worth planning ahead due to the pre-order timeframes. I already knew roughly when my dress would arrive, thanks to the information provided. I wouldnt be expecting fast fashion from a slow fashion brand, so make sure you come into this with the right expectations.
Whilst I understand not every experience will be perfect but some of the criticisms I have read seem to stem from people expecting mass made products.
For me, the whole experience was positive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Into Gaia again, they were clear and communicative with me. If you’re looking for a unique, beautifully hand made dress and understand that it’s a bespoke item, I can highly recommend them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I've had.

I placed my order on May 14 and waited more than eight weeks for it to arrive. When it finally did, I discovered that the skirt was completely unwearable. Although it looks beautiful, the fabric makes an incredibly loud noise with every movement—simply walking in it sounds like glass is shattering. This was impossible to tell from the product photos or description.

I contacted customer service immediately, explained the issue, and requested a return. It has now been 10 days, and I still haven't received a response. Being ignored after spending this much money is incredibly frustrating.

To make matters worse, I was also charged $36 in unexpected customs fees upon delivery, which added even more to an already disappointing experience.

A company selling premium-priced clothing should stand behind its products and provide timely customer support. Instead, I've been left with an expensive item that I can't wear and a customer service team that doesn't respond.

I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere unless you're willing to risk long shipping times, unexpected fees, and no support if something goes wrong.

My first order arrived promptly, quality was very low but I understand silk varies. Second order was placed months ago - never arrived. I’ve been chasing them for a refund which they refuse to issue for 3 weeks now. Do not recommend. Simply unprofessional.

Pre-ordered Blue luna skirt a month ago and it still hasn't been shipped at all. Haven't heard anything back and can see on Instagram they're ignoring others who also haven't received their orders. Waiting for a response so far but looks like a scam. Do not order from here

The order took a few weeks longer than the website said it would. I was in contact with Into Gaia and was worried, as I was moving country and thought I'd miss the parcel. However, it was sent and delivered and the products are beautiful. If you're not in a hurry, I'd absolutely recommend this brand!

Im from portugal and the delivery was really fast. It is the most beautiful dress ever and it has a great quality.

It took 3 weeks for my product to arrive and I had to pay an $40 import fee to receive it.

This would all have been fine if the dress looked anything like the images. The quality of the materials and beadwork felt truly SHEIN quality, which doesn’t feel appropriate for the $440 I paid for the dress.

They blocked my review with photos and are preventing future buyers from seeing what the dress really looks like. Complete scam.

I truly believe this brand is one in a million!!! The luxury, craftsmanship, and care that goes into every garment exceed all expectations. Every interaction with their customer care team has been an absolute pleasure!! Each email is filled with genuine kindness, thoughtful problem solving, and a real commitment to their customers.
This is a brand that stands the test of time, and one I'll continue to come back to again and again. My entire experience has been nothing short of wonderful, and I can't wait to wear their designs!!!

Loveee this brand, I got the alanara dress for an event and I’m speechless!!
The product feels thoughtfully made and much higher quality than I expected. I also appreciate that Into Gaia focuses on sustainability rather than fast fashion which is super important to me, I think more brands should take this approach. They replied super quick when I asked about sizing and were really helpful and informative. The dress ended up being a perfect fit and I got so many compliments throughout the night, definitely a timeless piece.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Intogaia. The quality of the pieces is absolutely stunning!! every item feels thoughtfully designed, beautifully made, and even more gorgeous in person. The attention to detail is incredible, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into every piece.

What impressed me most was the customer service. The team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Ive received so many compliments whenever I wear my Intogaia pieces, and I already have my eye on my next order. I ordered the Forget Me Not, Leopard Lima and La Ophelia, I received my order yesterday and honestly the dresses are perfect. The Ophelia is so perfectly detailed and a dress im excited to keep and pass down generations, it’s timeless and elegant! The quality is like nothing I’ve owned before, genuinely such a solid investment piece. I’d recommend planning accordingly to their pre order time frames because it is a slow ethical fashion brand, so waiting for the order to be handmade is to be expected, other than that I will be buying again!

I have never left a trustpilot review mind you but my patience is gone.
Terrible returns process & customer service. I’ve had toothaches more enjoyable than this experience. If you’re going to buy something make sure you intend on keeping it because this whole thing has been a joke.
Disorganised, missing their own deadlines and commitments. Messages are disconnected so like each message is like your first. Days to get a response. One minute your parcel is going through a “verification process” next, they’re saying “the return hasn’t been logged” - I paid for tracked and signed delivery via Royal Mail. Tracking confirmed delivery 6th May. It is now 28th May and they’ve completely ghosted me, their last message promised the refund. It’s been 5 days. They either don’t know what they’re doing or don’t have the money to refund people.
Refunds account for 20-40% of fashion e-commerce. It’s just standard. Get it together.
I will be leaving a review everywhere I can and reporting to trading standards. I will never shop here again regardless of what they bring out. It shouldn’t take 10+ emails to sort a return. Either hire more people are create a more robust process. Abysmal.

**HORRIBLE RETURN SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT RETURN IT. AFTER PAY $157 TO RETURN MY DAUGHTERS DRESS THEY SAY SORRY WE ONLY NOW WILL OFFER A STORE CREDIT. PLUS THE DRESSES ARE CHEAP QUALITY. RUN!!!!

Beautiful dresses, but be careful with returns. My €300 return isn’t being refunded because the courier couldn’t deliver to their warehouse (address was correct) and left it at a pickup point. Customer service says they won't collect it, so no refund until it’s redelivered—which I think we all know is practically impossible to arrange. Especially since it's international. Be cautious before ordering.

This company does not do well with returns. Whether it is intentional or not, their website is deceptive, they state they offer returns but then will not under the guise of ‘bespoke product’ despite not clearly stating the product is bespoke in the product description (they said to me they are now looking at editing their website). They offered me a refund and after I sent the product back they refused to follow through with the refund only offering a credit note. They admitted they were wrong for this but never did anything about it. I’m so disappointed with their customer service. Very money hungry brand. Do not order unless you are certain you won’t need to return. Unfortunately the product was poorly made and looked cheap in person which was my reasoning for return.

I returned a dress well within the stated return window, yet the owner refused delivery and had the package sent back to me. I paid over $50 to ship the item and was then charged additional fees because they rejected the return. After looking online, I found multiple reviews from other customers who reported the same treatment. This is extremely unfair and unethical business behavior, and I want others to be aware before ordering.

Beautiful dress, love the brand!

I bought the Lily’s Ethereal silk dress for my friends wedding and it was perfect. The quality is amazing, it fit beautifully. The whole experience with Into Gaia was smooth and personal, would definitely recommend!

Was handmade on pre order so took a few weeks to arrive but was worth the wait!! Actually feels like something made with love, not mass produced. Quality is amazing! Can wait to wear my Gaia dress for my bday next week 🤍

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 dresses, returned them because the fit was off, and the shipment company contacted IntoGaia and they never responded to the shipment company so the package is just stuck in customs for the past 4 months. This company is irresponsible and does not handle returns well AT ALL. I had trouble with them even accepting the return to begin with because they website said 14 days to return and they initially would not take the return because it was 14 days since dispatch but the website does not state that language. This company will waste your time and money. I will never recommend this website to anyone.
