I previously had an issue whereby I could not withdraw my money from the platform (I migrated from Avatrade).
This issue took several weeks until eventually I got a call from the company and they were able to finally fix the issue for me in less than 3 hours. Although it was frustrating at first, I'm glad this was finally resolved and I have since gotten my money back. Thank you Intertrader!

Lavoro nel trading oramai da anni, ho avuto a che fare con numerosi broker, uno peggio dell’altro! Circa 2 anni fa approdo in Intertrader e finalmente la svolta: ottimo customer service, ottima piattaforma, spread e swap in linea con il mercato se non meglio. Sono successi un paio di incidenti di percorso (chi non li ha!) per motivi prettamente tecnici, e anche in questo caso non si sono nascosti dietro un dito! Ha sempre risposto, hanno sempre rispettato i tempi di risoluzione, e sono sempre stati super veloci nella risoluzione. Conclusione, ho trovato il broker perfetto che non lascerò mai!

This company must be avoided
This company must be avoided. Totally fraudulent. My account was migrated through Avatrade but this group is a total joke. Customer service do not answer. Account managers are pointless. Do not use this company at all. Thomas Magen is a fraud and wont answer to pocket your money. AVOID AVOID
Please do not listen to their so called response, no one answers at the customer service email address. A really fraudulent company. Read all the reviews

They have taken away my money with wrong information
Couple of years ago I have opened up an account with this company and I have mentioned to customer service agent that my only purpose is making profit by arbitrage.But the agent has given me a wrong information and the account has nothing to do with arbitrage.It was completely different investment method about spread etc.which I have no experience at all.and all of my money almost £500 disappeared in minutes.I have emailed them so many times but all they have done was ignore me ,my complaint and my money loss.I am writing everybody to know this company has no work ethics so stay away from them.They have purposely given me wrong information and took my money with this trick.I have never got my money back.

Intertrader are proactive in making sure you get everything you need and succeed as a trader. I spoke with Andrew today and we discussed my recent migration to Intertrade. He addressed my queries and provided me with the support I requested for within minutes, exceeding my expectation!

I spoke to Mario today regarding…
I spoke to Mario today regarding withdrawing funds from the InterTrader account. He made it very clear and simple. I'm a migrated AVA client. I used to withdraw money directly to my bank account, but the process is different at InterTrader. It can only be done through a wire transfer. Unfortunately, it's all AVA problems. lastly, I can say that Mario was a helpful person.

Account fully restored
I could somehow not trade on my account and I called customer service. I had a good experience overall. Many thanks Michalis poullados for your quick action.
Hopefully I will not encounter any issues mentioned by others with regards to withdrawals but I also understand that there are generally unforeseen issues with migrations which I believe the guys are working hard to resolve.

Cannot get back money

I have sent email again with this screenshot but still no one reply. All support team are on leave during migration? And no one explain what migration is ongoing and the impact on original clients. How can the clients trust in this company on the way how this company treat the clients!

Looks like ive been scammed for my money
Like otheres transfered over,avatrade wasnt much better i couldnt get my funds from them either

I made a withdrawal request, they cancelled it, my money has dissapeard from my balance and the company have opened trades on my account without my permission, effectively losing all my money, i am disgusted and upset that i was allowed to be scammed by avatrade.

Great Customer Service
A few teething issues with the migration from Ava but it got sorted. Had a call from the CEO to put things right which was a nice touch, so I'm confident in their customer service moving forward.

I do not have access to my funds and had no contact from intertrader and left in the chat for more than 10 hours with no answers.
Please let me know how you have manage to get access to your account.

Took time but should now be resolved, hence my move from 1 to 4 stars.

After the migration from AVA to this there were some issues but after a phone call and speaking to Joe R ( CEO ) of the company he sorted everything out for me and he was very helpful, great knowledge and everything is working fine now.
