The most efficient service ever experienced!
The phone was answered immediately...the first company I've dealt with since 1998 that has done that :-). Joe solved my problem in 2 minutes 16 seconds. Unbelievably efficient. I wish Joe would work for all the Utility companies as well!

Migration from Ava Trade seems to have…
Migration from Ava Trade seems to have caused them platform issues with their MT5 implementation. Trades opened immediately closing. No response now in 6+ hours. Will take my business elsewhere.
Edit 3.2.2025 After a call from the CEO, I can say that I am more than happy with the resolution offered. I can see that technical changes have clearly been made in the background too as evidenced by new server login details, so I would expect that the trading conditions have been sorted for all migrating clients. I would certainly consider InterTrader again going forward on the basis of how this issue was dealt with.

Please your migration from avadetrade is going horribly wrong for me. Kindly help restore my trades. They are all closed.
I had the above issue. I was very disturbed but by this evening, the team have been helpful to understand and investigate the issue and gotten the situation resolved. Intertrader, the place to be. Why trade with another broker and have a poor support team. Intertrader, you surpass them all.

Great customer service from Marios T - Thank you
I used to regularly trade on the intertrader platform and really liked the ease of use. I took a long break from trading for a few years and my account was deactivated. I recently reopened my account and Marios T was so lovely at helping me reopen my account and answering my questions. He was proactive at phoning me and emailing me to ensure I had filled in the questionnaire and uploaded all the necessary ID documents. He also arranged for my balance from my old account to be transferred to my new account - so a big thank you for your support and efficiency and taking care of customers.

Experienced and helpfull customer…
Experienced and helpfull customer support is what makes Intertrader my number one provider. From my experience Intertrader offers the best value for money - low spreads on variery of markets including currencies, indices, commodities and shares. Execution is seamless even at busy and volatile times such as news release. They have MT5 platform together with a web based one both working well. Withdrawals are quick and they do not charge for this. I close positions before midnight so I don't pay any swap charges at all. If needed I trade futures offered by Intertrader for long term trades - again no swaps paid. Good hassle free deal for serious traders

Intertrader is one of the best brokers…
Intertrader is one of the best brokers I have used l and my primary provider. I am glad to use them - execution is super fast and I trade with confidence that i can get in and out of a trade whenever i want at the exact price requested. They are regulated and i have found their customer service especially efficient and resolving queries very fast. Fast withdrawals and deposits with zero charges. I don't often leave reviews but for Intertrader i have to. They are great

I am a day trader
I am a day trader and i have adopted a diversified trading strategy with trading both manually and via a robot that was developed for me. If i get it wrong the robot covers me and when we both have a good trading day the profit generated is especially good. Over the years I have tried number of providers as for my robot to generate profitable trades it requires precise pricing with no requires and little or no deviation from the fair market price. It is Intertrader that has delivered this with best execution that is also accurate and persistent. Client services team are also very knowlegeable and helpfull. Once i had my price feed frozen, my account manager George looked into it and it turned out that my recently installed anti virus system was blocking the price feed and once we adjusted the settings it was all sorted.
