Absolutely useless, support and customer service, Join through training educator, which are really good, but this mob, i have to send 10 email to try and link my account to the educator, its was like pulling teeth, then had 4 phone calls to sort and all the agents did not have a clue who their partner was, i missed a huge gold trade because of the incompetence, i raised a formal complaint 2 weeks ago has sent chase emails, absolutely no reply, Give this shower a huge wide berth, there are much better brokers than this useless lot!

i wanted to re start my account. At my end we had a number of problems. We conversed by email, phone and whatsapp, rectifying all my problems very quickly. He helped tirelessly until my issues were resolved. Great guy and knew his stuff. Great service Savvas, thankyou, highly recommended.

Straight from 1 email they called within 5min to help resolve my problem also sent an email confirmation. I have been using them for years.

Hey, I’m actually not into giving feedback or anything but this trading platform outperforms the others as far as customer service goes. Agni, called me twice to get my uploading of documents solved. She’s super friendly and offered to help me navigate the platform. Awesome! I wish other trading platforms will do the same! More power, Intertrader! ❤️

Today, I had some issues with my account and I found Jimmy, one the best and most patient, man. Just joined Intertrader this afternoon
Registering was very easy and simple. Once registered I was prompted to verification process
Straight away ,Uploaded my documents within short space of time verification was complete received email my account was ready to trade.
I logged in created my MT5 account
With what I had an inquiry sent them email with my query within 2 minutes of sending this email I received a call
Which is one off with any brokers I used in the past Agni Elia was Client service representative who answered my query in a professional and timely manner.
Very good experience with INTERTRADERso far hopefully they will keep up the good work in the future.

He ingresado el dinero para probar hice unas operaciones después me di cuenta que le meti 600€ y estaba recién empezando.
Y como necesitaba ese dinero pedi el retiro
