Quality products and great customer service. Only rated a 4 not a 5, as a delivery was a few days late which put us behind but it was dealt with in a very acceptable way. Would highly recomend.

Aquaclad panels too brittle for a shower enclosure.
Fantastic service and fast delivery but... The Aquaclad 250mm panels are very brittle and not strong at all. One knock and these will be smashed. Not what I expected. Fine on your ceiling but should not be sold for shower enclosures. If I'd known I would not have bought them.
Edit after reply - That's kind but you don't actually sell an alternative narrow panel do you? I've fitted them anyway, I just don't have much faith that they will support my mixer tap and shower door, I can easily snap these with my bare hands. I really don't want to do this job again but if I do have the problems I foresee I'll be in touch to see if there's a better way forward. Thanks for the quick reply, I'm not a negative person usually!

Hi Steve - sorry the product strength was not as expected. Although these are not our strongest product we have sold 1000s without issue - but if you do have problems then please give us a call we will be happy to refund or replace with a better product.

The quality is excellent
The quality is excellent. Would have given it five stars if the communication was better. No acknowledgment of order, had to ring up to find out if and when order was coming. Missing item when arrived and I had to phone to ask why. Was informed that they did not have it in stock and expecting it tomorrow and would send out the day after. Would have been no problem what so ever if I was informed beforehand. All that said order arrived on time and packaged really well. Would use them again

Shower panel order
So easy to place order and went the extra mile to deliver when I wanted it. A piece was missing which I will pick up but yet again came good by refunding the money for it for my inconvenience and toward the diesel for picking up. An excellent company to deal with.
