My sister lives in the States so we don't always get to celebrate our birthdays together but all I can say is to see the smile on her face on face time was priceless when she got her flowers so a huge thank you ❤️

Poor service
Ordered anniversary flowers for a specific date (paid specifically for delivery that day), they didn’t come until late the following day. Only refunded half of the delivery fee. Don’t order from here

Can’t recommend more, absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. I live abroad and have used Interflora several times. Living overseas means that I can’t visit the florist and see the flower arrangements in person. Using Interflora I have not once been remotely disappointed. The local Irish florists that Interflora chooses to pair with are evidently passionate about their craft, nothing half-done. The website is also very easy to use and has a great catalogue to look through. They also have a variety of payment options, relief for me as I don’t have the same options available to me abroad as I do in Ireland. They also keep up communication through the whole process so I know exactly what local florist is arranging and delivering my order, for me this is one of the best points, I can personally search up the business and it feels more personal.

Mother's Day flowers
Easy to order online. Any issues with the order they communicated well by email. Delivered early on Mother's day. Unfortunately the delivery driver knocked at the front door, left the flowers outside the front door and left. Usually the delivery driver for interflora, knocks at the door and waits for my Mother to answer the door(has done this every other year they have delivered flowers to my Mother). My Mother is 85 years of age and could have trip over the flowers.

I couldn't he happier with the experience that I had with you guys. I was a bit reluctant as my delivery was with a bit short notice and for bein on a Sunday and plus, for such a special occasion as the mothers day. I couldn't be there as I had to work, so the fact that I had to buy online and had to get the flowers delivered at my doorstep was just an amazing experience. Keep it up

Celebrating across the miles
Living in a different country to family is difficult at times but Interflora allows me to celebrate the special occasions with them easily from a distance.
My elderly mother loved her Mother’s Day flowers and my brother didn’t have to struggle to arrange them in a vase as I could choose an arrangement already in a vase or a container.

Poor quality but prompt replacement bouquet delivered
My son ordered flowers for Mother's day and my birthday. When they arrived, while there was a beautiful mix of flowers, they were of poor quality with brown tinges on the petals of some and the lily's were dying. I contacted Interflora on Facebook messenger, sent photosand details of the order. I received a prompt response from Jasmine and an apology. She sent a fresh bouquet and this bouquet were beautiful and very good quality.
