The flowers delivered were poor…
The flowers delivered were poor quality, some heads falling off and the others only lasted a day or two. My mother did call the florist and gave feedback direct.

Late delivery yet Interflora emailed that it was delivered on time, creating trust issues
I placed my order more than a week before I wanted them delivered for a big birthday. I requested that they be delivered on 16 March 2026, having placed my order and received your order confirmation email on 5 March 2026.
I receieved an email from you saying that it was delivered at 7.35 on 16 March 2026, however, when I asked the recipient, I was told that the gift was delivered on 18 March, or later but definitely not 16 March. I placed the order in plenty of time yet they were not delivered on time and the email from you was untrue which tells me that I cannot trust your communications.

Very misleading
Very misleading, the bouquet you see is not what you get and some of the flowers never bloomed. I was expecting much better when paying €100+.

Nothing like the photo from two different florists
The bouquets were absolutely nothing like what I ordered and paid for.
I ordered the same bouquet for my mum and my mother in law and neither got anything remotely like the photo for “Spring Romance”.
It’s just a rort. I spent nearly $300 and as per usual, the results were underwhelming.
Why even post photos with names of bouquets when these are entirely notional and your small print about “seasonal substitutions” gets you off the hook every single time. It is spring in the northern hemisphere, isn’t it? Do you really need to substitute every flower in the bouquet in two different florists? 🙄
