Firstport have appointed (Innovus) to extract even more money from our estate before we change to our new management company. Similar to Firstport, when you call to speak to the person dealing with the transfer, she mysteriously cannot be contacted via phone call, as she works in a back office department.
Not only do they share the same group of companies (Ameria) they share the same exploitative practices which are deliberately obstructive and to the detriment of leaseholder’s, this company like Firstport are completely rotten to the core.

Had a great experience working with the team at Innovus as their exhibition stand supplier for Homes UK, especially Abid Ahmed who was our point of contact throughout the setup. Everything was communicated well, and was a treat to work with an organised client 😊

I worked with Abid while coordinating Innovus’ involvement in a recent Building Safety event and had a really good experience.

He stepped in partway through and quickly got up to speed, checking in regularly and making sure everything stayed on track. He was proactive, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond, which made things run much more smoothly.

Abid and the rest of the team were really easy to work with – I’d happily collaborate with them again.

Having been through a number of Framework tenders it was good to have an assigned contact from the start of the process. Jessica Hodge was on hand at all times to walk us through the experience and place guidance as needed.
While the process was longer than the expected time frame it was good to have a positive conclusion and to remain with the same contact throughout the whole process.

Erhan, carried out the fire door inspection. He stopped on my way out as he was carrying out inspections for communal doors. He made some time to get the inspection done as quickly as possible so I didn’t miss my train. He discovered my lock needs to be fixed. He fully explained to me each part of the inspection and what he was looking for.
