Doesn’t work

The vape only lets you puff on it on occasions. As a nicotine smoker with this item it’s extremely frustrating when you are desperate for a hit and the thing doesn’t work I have to turn it off and on like 10 times and then it just overheats constantly. I need to purchase a replacement but I haven’t the fund to do so. I just don’t understand why it isn’t working properly

Great product ( tobacco flavour), order always processed and delivered promptly and days before the expected delivery date. Coils are good too, long life and easy to replace. Forget getting yours in the supermarket, order from Innokin and you’ll never run out and save quids into the bargain! I’m into my second year and wouldn’t dream of buying elsewhere.

I paid extra to get my paid item the next day, but now there are two days and I still have not received my item. I will not have to shop there anymore and if I do not get my item on Thursday then I will be forced to cancel my order, also I will have to use my bank to get my money back.
Bad service!

Within the last couple of years, innokin have been producing extremely bad quality vape products that are designed to break in a few months. This is not just my opinion, see reviews all over the internet. Do not take a chance and think it wont happen to you. It will

So I’m on a low income I brought two of there vapes one was working how it should the second one leaks In mouth burning hot vape juice I contacted there customer support team who has said to send it back to them rather then me doing that I took it back to the shop and wow same problem I mean the burns on my bottom lip is blistering and hurts like mad I’ve told this to them in 21 emails to get nothing in return I feel I should contact trading standards on this matter as to me this is going to cause serious harm to someone

Please please save your money and do not purchase from this company. Customer Service is shocking, the manager (louise) is just incompetent. Product I received was faulty and it took a massive amount of emails to the customer service and the management. Honestly not worth the hassle.

I’ve stuck with Innokin for a long time. Had 2 cool fire mini’s and only issue had was a leaky tank.
Upgraded to a Z80 when my last coolfire died. The device hasn’t even lasted 5 months before it died. The zenith tanks leaks like hell and the coils are hit and miss. Some not even lasting a day! Company has gone way down hill and can’t bring myself to purchase from them again.
If they made solid durable products like they used to I’d stick around. They don’t!! ….so spend your money elsewhere.

If I could give -0 stars I would. Received my tank, checked the verification code and it was found to be a fake. Innokin wasn't interested, kept telling me I must have entered the wrong code?!?! I entered the code many times and every time it was revealed as a counterfeit product, and told to contact my supplier, yet again Innokin said, I must have done something wrong 😡😡😡
Never again will these frauds get my money!

Product did not arrive, called customer service and was offered no help. Worst place I have ordered vape stuff from would massively avoid. Dreadful service.

After buying cheap starter pens for around £20, that lasted 10 to 12 months a piece, I thought I'd go for a much more expensive and hopefully better quality. I looked and found one in the Innokin shop last April. It was in the sale but original price of £49.
It was great. You could tell the difference in quality straightaway.
Unfortunately, 5 months after purchase the battery failed. I found this fault online so did what it was suggested. No luck. Contacted Innokin but they were as useful as a chocolate teapot. Think I'll stick to the cheaper other brands. Very disappointing.

took six days ( Tuesday to following Monday ) to process an order for dispatch. Also placed review of this on their site which mysteriously disappeared.

We purchased 2 x invokin adept slides and replacement coils in Feb 2021=this year. Within 1 month my battery wasn’t holding charge so I contacted innokin only to be asked to return for investigation and to more or less to arrange another vape or buy another from them until the investigation was done. I decided to buy another replacement battery as this seemed the more affordable solution. 6 months on, my partners battery has completely failed and my replacement battery has also failed. Absolutely rubbish! I have had much cheaper devices which have lasted 12 months plus. AVOID and innokin are not helpful in recognising their failings.

I received the innokin adept zlide vape. 3rd time I am changing the atomizer it gets stuck, and started leaking. As if I could not seal it properly anymore. I am not stupid, and more then capable of changing an atomizer, however something went wrong and it would not close properly. After leaking during the night, I tried to unscrew the top, but the little screw that connects the chamber and the vape, broke with almost no force.
I am always careful with my things, so it is extremely disappointing that it broke so quickly. It was a present from a friend, that is no longer with me, so I have no way of proving anything, and I wont try to get a refund or replacement. I just wanted to voice my disappointment. It is a shame, as I thought it was a great vape until it broke.

I have used Innokin products for many years now, and never had a problem. The products do what they are suppose to do, are well priced (especially at the moment) and good quality.

My Innokin MVP5 is working fine, and automatically detects a new coil and adjusts the wattage accordingly. It also tells the resistance of the coil. My issue is not with the pod, but with the Ajax Plex3D coils that are sold 5 in a box and Made in China by Shenzhen Innokin Technology Co. Ltd. These coils vary considerably in quality. From the same box clearly labelled 0.35ohms| 30-55W, you get coils with different resistances and quality. You get a 0.18ohm coil and a 0.3 ohm coil and a selection. Some of these coils burn out after only 1 day (some 2 or 3 days) even after proper priming, automatic wattage setting by the pod and stable puffing rate! One lasted 3 hours!! The only conclusion I can reach at is that quality control in the Shenzhen plant is absolutely rubbish.

J'ai acheté 3 clearomiseur zlide en 1 an, alors oui le systeme de remplissage est pratique mais le clearomiseur est trop fragile à chaque ça se met à fuir au niveau des joints et même quand on change le joint ça ne tient que 2 ou 3 mois, donc c'est bon j'en ai marre je vais changer de marque.

I have bought 3 Innokin Zenith Kroma A vapes, all of which lasted a few months, the last one only 3 months. I purchased the last directly from innokin so that if this one broke I could contact them to know where to go to have them fixed. As with the first two it did break and so I contacted innokin to ask where I could have them fixed as I was aware they were outside of their manufacturer warranty. This is the response I received.
'I can see one purchase under your name on our system, you have purchased the Kroma-A Zenith Starter Kit – BLACK in December, we offer a 90-day manufacturer warranty on our devices therefore we are not able to get the device back for testing as it out of its warranty'.
I am dumbfounded that they will not look at anything outside of the warranty. Thanks for nothing Innokin, you have now lost my custom and I will also be informing anyone thinking of coming to you to go elsewhere due to the awful customer service I have received. You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling goods not fit for purpose.
