I recieved a necklace from my kids purchased from here and I'm very happy with it. I've had it for 6months now and it's still beautiful

ordered from this company believeing my product was coming from the uk. then discovered its actually coming from china. have not received b my product after weeks or waiting. have opened a dispute through paypal to hopefully get my money back as the only response I have gotten from this company is that 'my product has been shipped and is on the way' DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ich habe seit Mai eine Kette bestellt. Bis heute ist nichts gekommen. Immer heißt es wir hätten das Paket abgelehnt, was nicht stimmt!!!!
Wir sollen uns selber darum kümmern, über die Post. Leider habe ich hier auch die Bewertungen zu spät gelesen.

VORSICHT DAS HIER IST BETRUG!!!!
Habe eine Kette bestellt die nicht geliefert wurde, jetzt bin ich dabei mein Geld über PayPal zurück erstattet zu bekommen, was leider wie es aussieht auch nicht leicht ist, daher rate ich da auf keinen Fall etwas zu bestellen, nur Probleme im Nachhinein!
ACHTUNG!!!!!

DONT BUY ANYTHING. ordered a chain last year and still not hear, they send you text back saying its on the way its on the way but noting. Stay well away 👎

Purchased 5 bracelets. Names in English, received names in ARABIC. Edited post ......have to remove my review or I’ve been threatened with legal action. Buyer beware.

she sent me a necklace that had bad scratches on, so bad that it cant be used. I told her about it half an hour after receiving it and she has only ever offered me 50% of my money back.
Her refund policy for faulty items is as follows:
"The following reasons are covered by our 90 day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy(Ineffabless is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees). We will notify you by email within 1-2 days after the order is sent. Please make sure that the email address is spelled correctly.
We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received the products is product deformation, product defects.
You received the incorrect products.The product you received is different from the product you purchased.
The above situation, we will only exchange the item(s) for the same product,or we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, excluding shipping costs.
The necklace i got has clear defects and he still will not refund me my money.
If you are wanting items off this site it would be safer to get them off Alibaba and Amazon who sell the same items but for much cheaper. "
She is also breaking his own countries law as this law passed in 2014:

The last email i got from her when asking AGAIN for my refund was this:
"Dear Ginette
We have explained many times because of your product problem. I can only apply for a return of 50% of the product fee for you again. The product does not need to be returned. This is the best result we have done. If you have any questions, you can file a complaint on Paypal, and we will actively cooperate with the investigation. But if you make other untrue comments that seriously affect our company, we will also take legal channels."
If after reading all that you still do decide to buy off her, try searching for a valid business address- there isn't one.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
I sent a photo of the damage, which they said they could see. Fair enough- i had tried using my cell phone. Second photo was taken with a camera. I explained this but they have done everything to escape refunding me. No actual address or phone numbers to contact this scam. Those supplied are fake. They delete anything negative from their facebook page, hence barely any comments on there.
The want me to send back the neckalce, but they have shown how untrustworthy they are, i woould be left without my money AND the item.
Its an absolute scam with FAKE details.

Also nach den ganzen Bewertungen hier dachte ich wirklich nicht mehr, dass mein Geschenk, was mit meine Jungs um Muttertag bestellt haben, ankommt! Mein Mann hat mich beauftragt zu recherchieren und ich dachte schon, dass er auf einen Betrug reingefallen ist... Aber siehe da... Unverhofft kommt oft... Heute kam die Kette und sie sieht wirklich schön aus! Bin richitg erleichtert und freue mich jetzt umso mehr!

Alles Bestens! Ich habe eine Kette mit Foto und Gravur bestellt. Die Lieferung dauerte ca. 3 Wochen.
Mit dem Produkt bin ich sehr zufrieden!

Erst nachdem ich meine Bestellung abgeschickt hatte und die Zahlung über Paypal getätigt hatte kam ich auf die Idee mich über den Anbieter zu informieren...
Nach all den negativen Bewertungen war ich sehr verunsichert und habe die Kette im Geiste bereits abgeschrieben. Den Kundenservice hatte ich auch kontaktiert weil ich wissen wollte wann die Lieferung erfolgt, da habe ich am nächsten Tag direkt eine Antwort erhalten. Wieder einen Tag später bekam ich die Versandbestätigung. Skeptisch war ich trotzdem. Und siehe da heute... 13 Tage später kam die Kette tatsächlich an. Die Qualität ist völlig in Ordnung für den Preis, das Foto im Inneren des Anhängers ist deutlich zu erkennen. Ich bin in der Tat mit dem Schmuckstück zufrieden! Gut, ob jetzt nachträglich noch EUSt zu entrichten ist weiß ich aktuell nicht aber bis jetzt kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Auch wenn mich das nach all den Bewertungen tatsächlich wundert 🙈

Zu spät geliefert und Zoll als zusätzliche Kosten kamen hinzu.

Alles in allem ist der Shop nicht vertrauenswürdig! 👎

Betrug!!! Zahlung über Paypal, aber keine Ware erhalten, Ineffabless reagiert in kleinster Weise! Bitte nicht wie ich drauf rein fallen.... Leider gibt es von Paypal die 50€ für die Kette auch nicht zurück da ich dort auch nicht weiter komme...

Über die Ware, die Zustellung sowie ggf. Zollgebühren, wie in einigen Bewertungen hier, kann ich nichts sagen. Ich hatte eine Kette bestellt, leider erst danach die ganzen Bewertungen hier gelesen. Hab dann in Panik über cu[at]inaffebless.com storniert, auch zeitnah eine Stornobestätigung bekommen. Nach 5 Tagen dann noch mal nachgefragt wo meine Erstattung bleibt, mein Geld kam dann nach 6 Tagen über Paypal zurück.

Die Kette ist rechtzeitig angekommen jedoch fallen sehr sehr hohe Zollgebühren an. Die Kette an sich ist in Ordnung, trotzdem zu teuer. Chinesen geben sich als Engländer aus. Fazit: Bestellt dort nichts.

I have just received the necklace I ordered from ineffabless. It is absolutely beautiful! I am so pleased with it. The engraving is superb! I was wary as I read the reviews after I’d purchased the item. It has arrived in good time. I definitely don’t have any complaints, and will order from this company again.

After ordering I decided to look at the reviews for this company and thought OMG I just wasted my money!!
I had a few back and forth over the picture I wanted and just knew this was a lost..
I recieved my two lockets today and I must say I'm very pleased in the items
I recieved.. a little small but well crafted..

Don't let the bad reviews discourage you from making a purchase. I got a angel wing/ feather picture locket and couldn't be more happy with it! The picture of my friend who passed away and I came out great! And the locket is a decent size, prob the size of a quarter. The engraving came out so beautifully too! I couldn't be more happy with it overall. It's good quality and has magnets which is a better quality design than the original one. You can make the chain a few different lengths which I love!

Anybody who received an item, so pleased for you, more than I've had. Still not received item ordered for my friends special birthday and they charged me extra for postage.
What a terrible company

It came faster than I expected and the packaging was really cute. My mum will love it. The engraving is clear :) the bad reviews really had me worried but it turned out well in the end. I made my order on March 7 and received it today on March 23

Payed £50.00 for a bracelet which looks so cheap and is poorly chinese made. Chain is so thin its like a keyring chain, nothing like the picture at all. Thought when ordering it was made in the UK have learned my lesson now. I find any positve feedback hard to believe. Wanted a refund which they wouldnt give me.
