Product came very quickly with no damage whatsoever and of decent quality aswell. However, the gold personalised photo necklace is absolutely TINY. I mean, not any bigger than my fingernail. So how are you supposed to see a photo in that. It would’ve been okay if the product cost £10 but ended up having to pay over £80, including import tax of £20+ after I purchased it. Won’t be buying again for those reasons, sorry!

Firstly paid for express delivery (£18) then had to pay DHL and additional £30 for import tax. It was at this point I realised this company is from China.
The necklaces arrived with a spelling mistake on the engraving - needless to say I’m furious, even more so as they are currently only offering refund on goods, not delivery. Why on earth should I have to pay delivery for something that is completely useless?!

Beware of customs charges!
I placed an order totaling around £113 and paid the DHL express delivery charge of £18.35. On the day the items were delivered I received a text and email from DHL to say I needed to pay £35.43 customs charges or they wouldn't deliver. I paid the duty and emailed Ineffabless to complain, they responded with comments of "Because Britain is now Brexit, customs are stricter", "Customs random checks charge customs fees", and "it is stated on the payment page that customs fees are paid by the customer". I checked all the links listed at the bottom of the website under "Service" and there is no mention of customs charges. It is not stated on the invoice either. I went through the process of ordering a product, and at the page where you select Standard delivery or DHL delivery, there is now some additional words that state "customs charges are paid by yourself" against the DHL delivery choice - I can't prove it, but I'm fairly sure that didn't state it when I ordered. And this also suggests that if you pay standard delivery of £4.95 then you don't have to pay customs yourself. If you're going to order from them, pay standard delivery!

I am furious with this company. I purchased a beautiful necklace for my friends 50th birthday. I had to fight with customs to get this released as this company had declared a lower value. I have now also received a invoice from DHL for the duty/vat!!! I did not even know that they are based in CHINA..
Very misleading company

Due to harsh times they still did there best to keep up with making the product and delivery as quick as possible. They did a wonderful job in the creativity on the necklace I asked for.

Ordered a necklace for my sister in law as a birthday gift and have still not received it 2 months on. The address was applied incorrectly by the company and I was requested to pay for the reposting, to which I refused as error was on their side. I have requested a refund which has been ignored. They requested I chase where the product was despite it being sent back to the sender weeks ago. Incorrect tracking number provided.

Will not order from this company again, extremely disappointing and frustrating.

If I had the choice I would have given 0 stars. I ordered a heart shaped locket with a photo inside for a friend. I was deeply disappointed with not only the size but the quality. I centred the photo perfectly when ordering it but when it came it had a black both above and below the photo, making it impossible to properly make out the image. They agreed to replace the product but I have heard no more from them. Definitely would never order again.

Ordered an infinity bracelet two of the charms are up the correct way and the 3rd is upside down. This is not pleasing to the eye or wrist as you have to look at it with your elbow bent and wrist twisted. Apparently the schematics on the site show it this way up so the fault is mine.
No the fault is theirs its upside down. But I can have 50 percent of my money back plus pay postage if i want to return it. So £45 pound i will get £22.50 then deduct postage say £5.00. I get a grand total of £17.50 back and no bracelet. Seems fair to me, not. Their emails are broken English even though site says uk based. They are a pile of crap company operating from another country. DO NOT USE

Me lucky did come delivery look perfect necklace photo. I seen all bad reviews about different. Feeling sorry all give you yet. What can best challenge.

I ordered a promise ring for my girlfriend on June 23rd and it arrived on July 11th. Shipping time took longer than expected because I didn’t read there shipping and processing instructions on the website. They allow for 1-5 business days to process and 7-12 business days to ship. Even though there was a problem processing the customized promise ring, I was in contact with their customer service who was very helpful and let me know what was up. It took a few extra days to process than the given 5 days but after it shipped it in 8 days which was great. The package arrived after those 8 days and came in perfect condition. Just what I ordered.

I had a great experience with ineffabless jewelry. My necklace was high quality and it came in a timely manner. I accidentally bought two and had to cancel and order. When i contacted them to get my money back i was replied to a day later. Though it took time for my money to come it was completely worth it.

Very happy with personalised locket writing (in joined font) perfect, picture perfect. It shows when choosing your picture for your gift what to do and what not to do as in colouring quality of image you want etc before uploading, it even states on the website shipment from Hong Kong or China so I can't see the issue here with people comments. Shipped to Ireland during covid came within 4 weeks. I would use this site again. As many sites from UK and Ireland use suppliers from afar I don't see the issue read and research the site all info provided carefully to the complainers before you order! I did give 4 starts as the item should have been polished before packaged few scratches on inner clasp nothing that can't be fixed ourselves when getting other jewellery cleaned for minor cost.

Dont order from these Scam artist. They are based in Hong Kong or china and thy are fraudulent. They will keep giving you the run around and you will never receive your product. If you do receive it, it will be months later and poor quality. nothing worth the money that you will pay. Please spend the news, don't order from these scam artist and tell your friends and family not to order from them either

Worst company, jewelry is a joke ordered a engraved picture of my dog. Have to till the heart to eave see something. Sent them complaint got back take picture in normal light. What the heck can only been seen in certain like. Second reply what oh it’s your picture white and like colors don’t show up. Hmm scam and company is not in Uk, crap from China. Avoid this crap jewlery.

Ordered 2 items for presents, missed both birthdays as they arrived late after 2 months. The necklace was meant to be 18ct Gold plating which is isn't paid £42.95. The personalised engraving of my children was a smudge/scratch. The leather bracelet with engraved beads is not leather and the beads again are not rose gold ! Paid £38.95 for something worth half the price! I've asked for a full refund and didn't expect one after reading the reviews. To be fair the communication was good and they offered to make a further necklace with a different photograph or a refund. I opted for a refund which was completed with no issues. However they would not refund for the bracelet. I would not buy again.

Do not shop with these guys. Jewellery arrived damaged, when it finally turn up! Delivery quoted 5-7 days, arrived 3 weeks later. Locket was buckled. It was supposed to be a birthday present, no way you could give this to anyone. 2 months later and am still waiting a refund. First they wanted photos of the damage. Then requested a video. I have followed all their requests and still not had my money back.
They claim to be a UK company but package labels show clearly shipped from China.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I have never been more disappointed with an online purchase as I have with this. First of all, it took over 2 months to arrive despite several emails to them, they would give me no information on this. I had bought a similar product in a silver (purchased rose gold with Ineffables) on ebay for £9.99 (seller is 'wyntersemporium') and that kne is brilliant quality, the size of a 50p coin and a chain that fits a human neck, looks gorgeous and is well made. I bought the same design necklace from ineffables for £40 and got a necklace where the pendant is smaller than a 5p coin, the chain does not fit an adult neck, maybe that of an infant at a push, the engraved writing kn the back is so small you cannot make any letters out and the necklace looks stained or scratched instead of engraved. The photograph in the centre is blurry. Total internet buy fail. Would NEVER recommend this company. If you are looking at the heart necklace with angel wings on the front, don't bother! Look on the ebay account listed above, much much better quality. If I could attach photos, I would!!
