poor company customer services

I will not be using this chain again they are interested in making money not keeping their customers

please not even with covid, if you have not used pre paid for minutes they wil just take them if not used

As a client of many years I am disappointed and slightly annoyed that going to use a few of my 72 un-used minutes.... to be told that they are gone, ran out, no longer in use.

With no word of warning, a simple email, text or call would have been a good way to go for this so called reputable supplier of tanning.

They maybe should take in to consideration that how much value they have taken from me at this time.
With a few issues due to S.A.D I used the beds every winter.

So please be aware if you had any minutes before or during this terrible panicdemic we don't have them now because this greedy company decides not to honour or play fair, especially when the dark nights are coming and they know now when the sun goes their profits rise.
I have reported this to trading standards and will personally never use this company again.

As for the phone number it just rings out, no answer machine, no contact, tried many times.

I bashed my head on one of the blue roll dispenser in a tanning bed cubicle. The customer service phone call I received was the worst I’d ever had to deal with. I am waiting for this ship to sink deep in forthcoming years. Accidents bound to happen.

Looks like this company are doing well at keeping their customers happy, went to MK store on Friday to be told my remaining 36 minutes had expired, the lady told me to email Head office, I stupidly purchased another course thinking they would just switch them back on, which they refused to do, I now don't believe they deserve my custom and asked for a refund on my newly purchased course, they wont do this either, I now I feel ripped off twice!

To be told they won't reinstate your minutes, which you couldnt take because you'd been instructed by the government to SHEILD during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC, is just disgraceful!!!
They should be ashamed of themselves.
Don't waste your money supporting a company with such a disgusting ethic.

BEWARE - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I called nerston EK branch today to discover that my 75 mins which I purchased had expired.
I emailed the company, and like they have told everyone on here, sorry they do not reinstate minutes. No warning of my minutes going to expire and no terms and conditions on their site.
Such BAD customer service, its not as if they are going to be out of pocket!

My friend bought a course before lockdown, couldn’t use it because of lockdown and indigo sun have cancelled it and won’t refund her. DO NOT BUY A COURSE FROM THEM THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY

Urmston Branch: The girls are great, all of them, friendly, polite and all very beautiful! However I have had the same issue twice now in respect of the sunbed being like a fridge-freezer as a previous poster has mentioned.

Twice now I have been on a particular bed and it is not bright at all, sort of dimmed, the bed does not get warm (bear in mind I'm on there for 10 mins so you would expect it to get warm) When I mentioned it they told me they are having them retubed tomorrow, but its happened more than once so not sure thats the issue, previously they said they would test run the bed to check all ok also.

Also on two occasions the bed has turned off 1 min before my end time, she did kindly put a note on to give me a minute back.

I think I may go to another shop for my next course once this one runs out unfortunately, which is a shame as the staff are wonderful.

I’ve purchased a course last year April and I never had the chance to use it because of lockdown! Now I’ve moved and I haven’t got any of their salons near me so I’ve requested a refund!
I’ve sent my 5th email to them today!!!!
I’ve got two different people emailing me back short answers saying no sorry we don’t refund minutes! Disgusting how they just ignore me now for months! Also told me to give my minutes away to someone else to use it! What a ridiculous solution instead of just refunding me my £30

After returning to use these sunbeds after lockdown they only allow u on for 9 minutes even though I have been using a rental sunbed throughout. Then I come to the sunbed shop again and they advise I can only use for 6 mins as tubes have been changed. This is unacceptable. I have travelled far on both occasions to use these sunbeds and been let down both times

Just started using the sun beds in sale. lovely polite staff in there , beds are AMAZING and very modern cant wait to go on again x

Excellent ! The beds are amazing. The staff are very friendly and the place is spotless. I use the shop on Sale. All covid regs are adhered to. I bought a course and when this one has run out I will be buying another one. Obsessed !!

Went to purchase my usual block of minutes only to find they have hiked the price up to £40 for 60 minutes! Plus 15 free if you buy before the end of the day! Disgusting price hikes and refused to pay and walked out. Where do they get off thinking they can charge £40 for an hour on a sun bed ?

Visited Stevenage branch. Brought block of minutes for £35. Had a sunbed and it literally didn’t even get warm. Told the receptionist and she said it was fine when I know it wasn’t as had been before and this time only couple of the bulbs were lit the whole duration. Wasted 9 mins, as good as sitting in a fridge freezer. She then said oh that ones a cold bed. Excuse me what? I said can you at least put me on another bed as it’s literally not even worked. No she said, Said I would like a refund, No I can’t refund you. I said right well who do I speak to ..oh there’s an email address. Rude and absolutely shocking customer service up there with worst I’ve had. it’s ok for a few young girls to be sitting looking pretty but absolutely clueless with people and hospitality skills. Will be write to there HQ see what comes of it and take business elsewhere. Ended up driving over Ware and actually getting a sunbed that actually heats up and oh a nice Greek dinner. Avoid that Stevenage branch at all cost they are useless.

I visited Ayr branch today to discover that my 123 mins which I purchased last year had expired.
So I did email the company to be told sorry they do not reinstate minutes. I had explained that I had broken my leg, which obviously hindered me to using my minutes, then Covid happened
. What can I say. They did not care.
I do understand that they have a 1 year policy but sure extenuating circumstances should come into play.
Not happy.
Shame really as the staff at Ayr are very helpful

Yesterday I visited my local (St.Helens Merseyside) branch of Indigosun ,my first visit after lock down.
I had purchased a contract when the Salon opened but was unsure how long I had left and if it was still live.
A new member of staff who I later found out was called Jenny greeted me but what really blew me away was what came next .
I told her I had a contract and gave her my name , She said "Oh you have 33mins left on your contract would you like to add to it today?"
I said "No " Jenny then explained that a great offer was coming up where I could add to my contract getting extra minutes free , she told me the date it started and how long it would run for .Then asked would I like a lotion .
As a manager in retail I would grab Jenny with both hands she is a rare bread . What a breath of fresh air!!
The salon was spotless the beds state of the art .

who has priority over sun beds customers or staff.was told had to wait to use sun bed as 2 people waiting no que no 1 waiting when questioned was 2members of staff.really thot was paying customer who paid extra on a purchased course to use premium bed totally un acceptable

I ended up with skin cancer from these beds. Don’t use them. Be warned. I’m lucky to be alive today. I’m only 33

Unfortunately just over 12 months ago I was persuaded to purchase a block of minutes for £34 by the receptionist at indigo sun Milton Keynes . I used a few minutes last March pre holiday . Today I went to indigo sun as I’m about to go to Egypt , in 5 days time .
The response was “I’m sorry sir you have lost your 57 minutes, as you only get 12 months to use them “ I explained I did not know that , the response was “tough, contact head office by E mail “
So , I did , the response from Emma ( head office was instant ) .... tough !! We don’t reinstate minutes .
Thankyou indigo sun , I wasted £34 on your promotion & wont !!! Be using your services again .
As I explained to you by e mail , how ?? Can you sell me a product for £34 & then 12 months later take it away from me ? .... terrible customer service !!!

No Facebook page for chesser shop,and address given as chesser baberton also wrong,last year Stole my minutes as they said they had to be used within a certain period of time!Tried to contact so
As not to lose this year's minutes and found it impossible to contact them,very poor customer relations and shops full of young teenagers
Who are never of there person mobiles.
