Absolutely disgusted with this company. I clearly had 38 minutes left on my top up which most definitely was from this year, but they apparently have no record and stated 12 months had past and my top up had expired. Clearly wrong! After long emails back and forth they refused to reinstate these minutes which I was going to use to help an on going medical condition over Christmas. I have MS. I would not advise any of my family or friends to use such an uncaring robbing firm and I’d encourage any new customers thinking of using them to re consider using another more trustworthy, and caring sunbed business. Who actually looks after it’s loyal customers who promote them (I work in a shop so was recommending them to customers) I’m now NOT recommending indigo sun to customers coming in shop.

Best sunbeds in Manchester, wouldn't go anywhere else. Sallie behind desk is very friendly and professional.

Went to archer rd Sheffield branch today. Sunday 22nd October 2023. Time 12.00 o’clock. Two new staff working there. Not the sort I’d have working there. Think it’s funny to start sniggering together. Bad for business.

Indigo Sun Aylesbury is amazing, salon always very clean and lovely, kind, helpful staff. Jess in particular was excellent in explaining and showing me the beds :)

I’ve not been on a sunbed in nearly 30 years and was really apprehensive about going. I’ve now been to Inigo Sun in Sheldon twice now and wow what an amazing and wonderful experience! When I went initially to enquire the two ladies on reception were so warm, friendly and welcoming (apologies ladies but I don’t know your names). Their customer service was superb. They talked me through everything and quashed my concerns. I paid for a 60 minute course and got 15 minutes for free which was a bonus. On both occasions I’ve been for my sunbed session I’ve been greeted by an amazing lady called Aalluah. We instantly built up a wonderful rapport due to her warm welcoming friendly persona. Her customer service was first class I’d go as far as amazing. She could see I was worried about using the beds for the first time. She showed me what to do and made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for her. On my second visit Aalluah was there again and she was equally as amazing. A really modern sunbed salon, great beds, clean, tidy and friendly. The staff are always cleaning. For a first time sunbed goer in 30 years I’m well impressed. Highly recommend. If your deciding whether to go then don’t delay as it’s the best decision I’ve made to go there. Can’t wait for my next session!!! A special mention and huge thanks to Aalluah…keep up the excellent amazing hard work. Your an asset to the team.

Paid for 60 minutes course and it has made no difference to my skin colour at all!!
I tan very easily but these beds are useless!
Yesterday I went to use beds at Sheldon branch and I was shown to four different booths and all beds had at least two tubes not working. In the end I had to use a bed with two tubes not working.
ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY

Been using for years, went in recently knowing I had 22 minutes left and was told they had expired. No warning of this the last time I went in (a week previously) or email to say they are expiring. Paid for a service that was not delivered, explained to the manager who was in shop who rudely told me I should have read the small print when I signed up. Disgusting service, rip off policies using trickery and rude management!! Clearly don’t care about customer service given their reviews on here…

I had a course at the seacroft leeds shop hadn’t been for a while to be told i had 0 minutes left ? I know i had quit alot left too iam furious I have been going over a year spent lots of money. Always found staff friendly but don’t feel i can buy another course for my minutes to just disappear?

I have also been told my 32min nearly a full course has expired??? I explained been seriously ill for over a year and on medication and couldnt use and last thing on my mind was letting them know whilst fighting for my life. Company heartless robbers with staff who are rude with no customer sevice skills , awful business

I went to use minutes I'd previously purchased, only to be told they had expired. I'm unsure how they can justify 'expiring' minutes when someone has paid for them.

Apparently when you buy minutes, they have a set time period. I wrote to head office and they said it will have been made apparent on the sales leaflet. But the minutes were bought over the counter, and nothing was mentioned. There could be any number of reasons why someone may not be able to use minutes over a certain time...being out of the country, illness, personal problems, disability/operation, having to become a carer for a family member etc.

A very unreasonable business policy, and shows the general greedy attitude and approach taken by the company. I don't see how they think anything good can come from this, and I suspect anyone who has fallen fowl of this, like me, won't spend a single penny at this place again, whereas I otherwise would have. Like many businesses, they asked for people's support during covid, but soon forget this when back to making money again.

Quite a flippant dis-interested response back from their Stirling head office - which doesn't surprise me either, based in similar reports from many many other reviews I've read about Indigo Sun head office. It's unfortunate I've had to write this in relation to the Mere Green location, when it seems to be a wider company policy, but unfortunately this is my location and head office is who you operate under. Maybe you could make your thoughts known to head office about their unreasonable policies.

Indigo Sun are not a pleasant business are they really.

Used indigo tanning salons for years now ,used George Street Aberdeen for first time due to road works in Aberdeen, 75 mins in now one member staff seems be there when I visit, clearly unhappy been there , no clue in customer service, whole demeanor is off putting ,never seen engaging with customers not once never mind a smile her face says it all never been pleasant when entering god help u if speak with her its like Ur an inconvenience if dare enter get Ur tanning session definitely shouldn't be in front house ,it's no off day she's so miserable u don't just see it u feel it , good sunbeds , I've another 75 mins to go enter at own risk,other staff members are far better even younger ones can smile,I'm trying to feel better about myself i or anyone else shouldnt have carry staff member misery when paying for a feel good service

I love the indigo sun salon in Glenrothes, Mandy and Mel are the most friendly women I have met, they always make my visit a pleasant one, they keep the salon clean and tidy, it looks as good now as it did when it was first opened. You get the best advice off the girls too, I would recommend indigo sun Glenrothes to anyone who wants colour, the hybrid beds are amazing.

Last week was the 1st time I've been here I went in on Monday was greeted but a lovely member of staff called natalie she was so polite and welcoming. Explained everything to me. I was so impressed I returned on Friday and the Saturday, Natalie was also in on those days she made my experience very enjoyable while I was on my mini holiday. Definitely an asset to to the company. Thank u Natalie. I will return

I have visited Indigo sun in North Shields as I usually would, they girl’s are always friendly but on my visit at the start of April, the 11th of April I believe there was a member of staff I’ve not seen before I assume management by the way she spoke to the lovely girls on shift.
She had a face like thunder didn’t smile or acknowledge any customers and spoke to the staff members in a very clipped and rude tone.
Those girls, especially a lovely lady there called Natalie, work their socks off it’s a super busy store and they certainly deserve more respect than she was giving them, shouldn’t she be leading by example welcoming clients and being friendly and professional ? That certainly wasn’t displayed by her on that occasion.

The staff at my local Indigo Sun are always super friendly and they always go the extra mile to make sure you have a lovely experience.
I’m surprised at some of the below reviews, it clearly says on the front counter that you have 1 year to use your course. I’ve never lost any of my minutes. When I know I'm near my expiry date and still have minutes left to use I buy a new course and this gives me another year.
I have used several salons in the past and the exceptional service received at Indigo Sun on Glasgow Road is what makes me keep returning!

The new policy is a joke, can only go for 6 minutes, 7 minutes signing a waiver. The sunbeds aren’t great as it is,12 minutes doesn’t affect me never mind 7. Overpriced sunbeds with terrible policies, won’t be back when my course is finished!

I use indigo sun in Hemel Hempstead. I can’t believe the reviews below because the staff at Hemel are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I have never lost any minutes no matter how long I have had them. The whole shop is spotlessly clean, the beds are the best I have ever been on. Love this place and the fantastic people that work there 10/10 5 stars definitely.

Considering indigo sun is a Scottish run family business 😳 let’s hope you have more family values than how you treat your staff in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 maybe you don’t know you have the wrong people under you 😳 something has gone wrong as you should treat your staff how you would like to be treated ✊they are not robots 🤖 and have a personality ✊believe it or not customers actually like it 👍 after all they do pay your profits 💰 sorry wages ✊ let’s do a 360 degree feedback and make that change 👌
