Unhealthy environment for small children. I like to bring my niece here to buy books. The only thing she is interested in now however is the fuzzy blobs and other blobs prominently obstructing the cash and both ends of the children’s section. She is snowed by ads for these on her parents phones. Please indigo, don’t kill publishing by allowing these companies to pay for and take these prime retail spots. Show some genuine integrity and make the books the attraction

I received a book that was unfortunately damaged and the customer service was phenomenal! Shipped me a new copy right away with no issues.

Dealing with everyone was so unpleasant. I would give a zero if I could.

Je suis passé par eux pour soutenir l'industrie canadienne, pour au final me rendre compte qu'ils font affaire avec la pire compagnie de livraison US (U*S, pour ne pas la nommer). C'est un peu paradoxal lorsque le bandeau du site met en avant sa "canadiannité"

on-line shopping was a disaster. The reps. and custumer support teams are not helpful or supportive. They ignore emails, do not return phone calls, give invalid promo codes, and for the customer, it is an exercise in futility. Items for my grandchildren which were supposedly out of stock were plentiful at multiple Indigo stores close to me. I have documentation - several pages of emails, to support my claims
