(Cribbs caurseway Bristol) What a joke! Payed for Wax at £11 was asked if I wanted Wheels washed Confused! Went thru only Passenger Side Triple foam Working and No wax Sprayed. Not an issue but polish guy said it was Waxed! he brought out video Evidence, but it wasn’t Even my Car going thru. I used this Garage over 2 yrs Every fortnight. He never even offered me another Clean!! Nothing just joked it off and said have a great day. We will Not be using this car Wash in the future Very Poor Customer Service.

On 20/11/2024, I used the automated car wash at the aforementioned location. I followed the correct procedure as outlined and ensured that my vehicle was positioned correctly for the washing process. However, upon completion of the cycle, I stepped out to inspect my vehicle and was extremely disappointed to find that my car had been scratched all over.

Just paid £13 and still have to go home and clean the wheels not impressed at all !!

Payed for a Ultra HD wash.
And they put me through on Triple foam.
When I complained first of all I stated nicely that it was an issue and the guy told me to calm down and stop shouting which I wasnt. Then the guy was adamant I payed for triple. Didnt believe me intill I showed him my bank charge.
He then allowed me to go through again. Which this time it was on Ultra HD. But my car was still dirty and didnt have any sort of hydrophobic coating on.
Couldn't be bothered to complain again so just left. Wont be going back.

Last 3 times I visited, I requested triple foam @ £7:00. When I checked my bank statements recently I noticed I have been charged £9:00. I will not ever use again and will ensure I get the message to all I can that you will be robbed. Make sure you check the card machine.

I'd leave fewer stars if it were possible. The way the business operates is of great concern to me; in terms of the clerical and procedural shortcomings. Staff wellbeing is also somewhat lacking. Watch this space for a full and frank update when available.

Pathetic customer service. Aside from no one answering email inquiries sent 5 separate emails i believe in Bristol they recycle the water or use sewer water as the car came our nastier than it went in and the stale smell of rancid water around the car was unbearable. Asked about it ad was told to go sowhere else if i do nit like wat they doo . They refused to use the app as they say its not in use anymore but ofers and notifications still come every 5 6 days . They will not brust the rims spray with fallout remover . All the hard to reach areas end up being more dirty then when you go in . It is a maned service not fully automated this should be done . Some of them can't even speak proper English just hand signals . If you have a complaint you get threatened. I hope you go bankrupt and end up begging for money . Suposedly ceramic coating . 18£ . Waste of money time and nerves. Bloody disgrace!!!!

Avoid. Not the best clean, side brushes are worn and dirty, the brush for the top of the car didn’t come down to clean the top of the car at all and the smell… it left us gagging in the car! It reeks of stagnant water, the smell hits you once you are on the automatic belt so there is no escape!
I will not be returning.

Paid £10 for a car wash that should have wash wax and dry. Had one last week so I knew what to expect. Today, the car was wet and dirty when it came out.
The operative was not helpful at all. I’m guessing you can pay the full Wack and they can press whatever buttons.

Car in front (Tesla) stopped half way through causing damage to my car cracked bumper filled out incident form and sent photos of damage but was told it was not there fault and conveniently the CCTV had been lost :(

STEER CLEAR!

Used these guys, my car tyre and wheel was damaged by them. When asking the operator I was told any complaints had to be made to head office. Emailed head office and they told me I have to get an incident report form from the garage. Furthermore to the damage, the quality of the wash for £12 was poor. Initial jet washer spent 30 seconds going round the car, and then the man with the brush just did the bonnet and front bumper, then set sent me through the machine.

Visited today. Paid for Ultra HD which includes Tyre Dressing (not Tyre Wash, a Tyre Dressing). Took my money then said it would be an extra pound for Tyre Shine. I told him it was included he said no, no wash is included so I asked him what the Tyre Dressing was and again he said Tyre Wash.

Complete rip off, didn’t pay extra pound, car not really that clean and won’t be going back.
