I would rate higher but was told 1-3 days to ship. Now after a week my order is pending some weeks to be made and then to be shipped is what I see per my order status?!? Can't mention quality or sizing yet. September 2nd is when we need it folks.

They were prompt and courteous in responding to me when I pointed out that they had offered a discount but because I used PayPal it bypassed this. They refunded me that amount on my order. I also loved the updates on SHOP to show where the merchandise was and there is a confetti show when it arrives at your destination-so cute! Will definitely buy from them again!

Not sure if we are the correct company you are speaking of, that is not a ring we carry, and your last order was a size 11 which we shipped to you and received in 5 days. We would be happy to send you a 9.5 if this is what you need. Your order before this was from Feb 2019, which was also a size 11. Again, we will make sure to take care of you if we are wrong, but it looks like you have the wrong company in regards to the ring and sizes mentioned above. Thanks!

Simple easy to use website but not given enough information…
Simple easy to use website with many things to choose from but not given enough information. When you order an item from the store they only give you a confirmation email and nothing else. It would be nice to know if the item is still pending like what is happening with your order rather than being left in the dark for a week before any updates to your item (for me specifically I ordered a ring from Ilu Store.) You also might find yourself getting like two emails a day that are irrelevant to your order.

Excellent quality rings. Since the 1/2 sizes are shipped from China it takes quite a long time to receive your order.Wish they carried stock of half sizes stateside. Consequently, this review is prior to receiving my ring. I am basing my review on past experience.

Rings are fine, membership is scammy
Rings are fine, but they make it very difficult to cancel your membership and continually charge you.
I've been trying to cancel this membership for a long time, and I'm frustrated that it's taken over 6 months to figure it out. It's a scammy business model they're running, and I just want to be able to cancel my membership with ease.
