Honest customer service - Beautiful print and fabric
I have ordered a scarf and when it arrived it kept shredding. I have informed them about the incident and of my desire for a refund. After prompt responses and discussions, she had offered to refund the amount and offered the scarf as a courtesy compensation.
The scarf is still shredding, however I am pleased by the way the transaction was handled and I do believe it was an isolated incident. The print and the fabric are soft and elegant.

Beautiful print
Very quickly delivered, in a beautiful gift box. Nice colors. I’ve ordered the pareo because not so expensive. But I think I would prefer the cashmere version! Those are warmer and the print is then on both sides.
The drawing is beautiful so I will wear this one this coming spring!
And will do some saving for a different one.

It would be hard to find nicer high quality silk scarves than Ilona Tambor sells. The designs are amazing and whimsical, the colorways can match almost everyone.
Many of the scarf designs and colorways are unisex, and work well for men and women.
But what sets Ilona Tambor apart is the personal customer service that Ilona provides everyone. When you order you literally are on your way to becoming family. Questions? Special requests? You’re covered.
Definitely one of the best purchases you will make if you’re looking for a quality, gorgeous silk accessory.

Beautifully designed , there are areas to improve
I love the design on the scarves. I just wish that the printed logo to be smaller. It will look less tacky if it’s smaller. However the print designs are simply marvellous.
Also another thing to note, the silk “bleeds” when I hand wash it. I use detergent specifically for silk. Over time with frequent wash the print colours will fade and will not be as vibrant.

Highly recommended
I found out about this brand on Instagram and have always wanted one because of the amazing patterns on the scarves. I bought one this time to take the opportunity of the free international delivery campaign. The quick order confirmation and dispatch completion emails made me feel very safe waiting for the parcel to arrive.
I was very grateful that the parcel could be properly tracked despite the free delivery. It was verified by Royal Mail and Japanese Post Office website. The packaging was also good.
As well as the unique and attractive scarf pattern, I was very pleased with the resilient silk.
