First experience with IK…
This was my first time purchasing IK products. I bought a bundle but didn’t install it correctly and mistakenly thought I needed to purchase an additional plug-in separately. Thankfully, a kind support rep helped process a refund for the extra plug-in due to the mix-up.
One suggestion: if a product is already included in a user’s bundle or profile, it would be helpful if the corresponding plug-in pages clearly marked it as “purchased” to prevent confusion for both customers and the IK support team.

Bought a pair of IK Multimedia iLoud…
Bought a pair of IK Multimedia iLoud Precision MTM studio speakers, their flagship speakers in other words - after a year one of the speakers started to crackle, got quieter and quieter and at the end stopped for good. Checked the power supply, all good so the fault is inside the speaker...
Spent £2k on the pair- while the sound is quite detailed and the bass line powerful (muddy a tad though) , this kind of faults are unacceptable at this level. Not after a year anyway!
Never used them on maximum load, not even close.
Sent it back for repairs...

Yeah, so I was locked out of my account and these guys flew into action quicker than a comic book. They had my purchases restored in no time flat....now I wonder what is taking toontrack so long to restore my purchase as well.....they probably aren't getting the same review....going on two days and no answer as of yet.....

Engaged support to solve the problem.
After I received the first response to my support request, which took a while, the support team worked very closely to find a solution, providing alternatives and ideas to solve the problem, and it was resolved!

I received my Joe Satriani autographed Tonex One 2025 on a Friday afternoon. It did not have the serial number in the packaging which was needed to get it registered and to activate the additional services that come with it. IK Media was very helpful and very quick to get me a serial number. Even happened over the weekend which I did not expect. Loving this new toy of mine.
The Support department efficiently guides you to issue resolution
First signs were that implementing Miroslav Philharmonik 2 on Windows in the Gig Performer VST Host would be problematical - however with a couple of exchanges with IK Multimedia Support, an excellent resolution - to implement using SampleTank [current revision] - was advised, giving great results!

I purchased a Tonex Cab as a pre-sale…
I purchased a Tonex Cab as a pre-sale back in January of 2025 on the basis that the order would ship in April. It is now late May and the product still has not shipped. While I can understand that many things could cause delays, IK Multimedia support has no information on status, projected ship date, and has just stopped responding to requests for updates. Very frustrated and disappointed with this situation, and this will be my last purchase from IK Multimedia.
