No customer service / order lost.
I can only repeat what is already said here: online order with delivery, and no news for 2 months.
Multiple calls to their service desk to hear someone will call me by the end of the week. And obviously no call.
No possibility to speak to a manager. Rude service.
Emails are not working either.
Would not trust them with my orders again.
Very bad experience with delivery
Very bad experience. Personnel rude, and reluctant to help. The delivery service extremely bad. We were waiting all Sunday as scheduled, and the item never arrived. After visiting and complaining to the store the next day, we were informed that it will arrive some time later that day. Indeed it was delivered late evening. However, although the agreement and the payment was for delivery at 4th floor it was left in the building entrance despite our complaints. Train your personnel at Bulgaria, snd change your delivery contractor.
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Since September 29th I have called more than 4 time requesting estimated delivery day.Each time I received the standard answer" someone will call you by the end of the day"- if you are an Ikea employee you will live for ever because fro their days must be 96 hrs and counting.
As a rule the female representatives compensate the lack of customer service with major ill mannered attitude.
Stay away.i gave them one star, because 0 stars iOS not an option

Do NOT order from Ikea Bulgaria online store. I have used Ikea in the UK, where the service is excellent, BUT NOT IN BULGARIA
I have placed an order online with Ikea Bulgaria and they weren't able to provide any delivery information nor able to deliver for 21 days (standard delivery time is 3 to 7 days).
There is
- no customer service to talk to. There is a number to call, but the answer to any questions is "I will pass the message, without even taking customers order details"
- no email responses instead of a robot response, which is out of context.
- no option to talk to the customer service online delivery department as they can not be called and they should call us, but they haven't called for 21 days
- no option to talk to a manager
-They don't answer any complaint emails.
- not able to cancel the order as well.
- the store manager in VARNA cant of course do anything as you need to call the online store. He offered to give me a voucher instead of the online order - NO THANK YOU. They have limited stocks in the stores and practically you can't use your money.
Also the online shop doesn't have accurate stock information as well. AVOID IKEA in Bulgaria
i have bought a furniture for 2000 euro…
i have bought a furniture for 2000 euro for a month directly in ikea warna. I have become an appointment for delivery. I have waited the whole day. nobody has calles us, nobody has come on this day. on the next day i have called the call center and they have said wait somebody will call your back. nobody have called us. we have come directly to ikea warna- they also have no information. i have called call center minimum 10 times- there is no possibility to talk with manager. I hope that somebody from management or another country from ikea management will read my experience and will help me to become my money back or furniture.

To clarify - speaking for the online store!
Absolute nightmare with and order of 35 items. After the 7 working days promised for delivery we started calling to asking where are our stuff. Communication - 0. Everyday calling, and same answer everyday -I will tell my colleagues and someone will call you. No one calls. and like this - 12 days aster the 7 working we have waited. With the support of one of their managers from the physical store in Varna, we finally received our order 12 days after the original delivery date. Unfortunately that's was not all. We had a missing item. At the moment I am writing this comment this is already 1 month after the original delivery date and about 40 days from the date we ordered and paid and the only answer we have is "we are doing internal investigation". Perhaps I should be grateful that I have only 1 missing item ? Never ever will order online from IKEA Bulgaria! And noone should do.
Poorly deal with requests
Poorly deal with requests. Their customer service needs 2 months to respond to a query, and then they mistaken the query and sort an already sorted one. Finally, they tell you to just go to the store and fix your problem there.
An amusing tale from a 3rd world country ikea store :)
As you can guess from the title I'm an extremely happy customer, who needs to share with you the unbelievable experience of buying a kitchen from your franchise in Bulgaria.
I've been Ikea's happy customer for over 10 years, so I endured patiently 30 days till the first available date at the store to order my dream kitchen. The big smile on my face disappeared when the kitchen department employee told me the kitchen design I created in your online tool (great app by the way) can't be ordered as the doors are discontinued, despite they appear on the site... So he made a new design for me but warned me I can order it only after I make another appointment after (you guessed it) 30 days :)
So 60 days into my life with 2 toddlers and no kitchen, I headed to the store with a sense of relief. Only to find out that the new design uses doors that are not currently available and nobody can tell me when they'll be available... But luckily (I thought so at the time) I asked about my previous design with the discontinued doors and a miracle happened - they somehow had them in store despite staff told me they were long gone and discontinued a month ago :) All with a bit of a catch dough - few other bits and pieces were missing, but i was assured this is quite temporary and i should have it all in no time. So I took all that was available and filled my living room with boxes.
So life goes on without a kitchen but with lots of boxes. My kids were quite thrilled by the situation. Turns out they are quite inventive and able to think out-of-the-box (and in- and around-the-box) :) Downside - found out my medical insurance is not so comprehensive as I thought...
2 months later I start getting nervous as my 60 days return guarantee runs out and I still don't have the kitchen I could return and get full refund for :) I start calling customer service asking for at least some probable delivery date - no luck.
Another 2 weeks and my phone beeps joyfully - customer service notification to go to the store and collect my order. Yupeeee!!! Going there, giving my order documents and almost kissing the lady at order collection. But she is not smiling - "hm, there must be some kind of mistake, your order is not here, you got wrong notification... We still have no idea when we'll have it". Dreams of home-cooked meals shuttered, plastic plate home deliveries continued (hey, I already know all the delivery guys in the neighbourhood by name)!
Another week goes by and another notification comes - half-tired, half-excited I go to the store. Guess what - my order is not there, it's wrong message! Seriously?!?
Few days and notification again. Hmm... Another message in 1 hour - "don't come, we probably sent you wrong message"?!? Huh? I go online and check the items in the online store - they are now available there! They should have mine delivered if they sell them online now. I go there of course, can't stand the sight of my half-build, half-boxed kitchen anymore! The mistake is a mistake - my order is still in Neverland and the items in the online store are not really available, just says so on the site. I'm depressed and decide to do some shoppong therapy - hey, this is genius, you treat your clients like s*#t and maximizer your profits at the same time :)
After a nervous breakdown I decide to dismantle it all and bring it back to the store. But my conscience stops me - I'm a sustainability activist and can't scrap half-a-forest worth of material... Damn!
I decide to be reasonable - calling once a week to check status of order and carry on with pizza and Chinese. Until I got a call from customer service last week - "Hello, you ordered something a while ago and collected it, but we never formally closed the order. I just call to see if all is OK." NO, IT'S NOT OK!!! NOTHING IS OK!!! Lady on the phone is very sympathetic and promises she'll fix it all, I'll get most of the remaining bits in 6 days the latrst and the rest - in 10.
Right. Should have known better. A week later, my phone is silent. I call again - "we actually have 10 of those in the store, so you can come and collect your 4 items". Excited? Relieved? Happy? Of course not - my order is not ready and they don't have the items in the store as customer service told me :p I NEED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, PLEASE! Frowning lady comes over, no "Hello, I'm...", no "Terribly sorry for the inconvenience", just "We can't guarantee you a delivery, it's logistics you know. Other people are also waiting. Check in 3 days." Right... Amazing customer service!
Shopping therapy doesn't help anymore, I need professional help. Turns out my medical insurance doesn't cover "nervous breakdown after shopping in Ikea"... So I do what I can - going online and start writing to save some other poor souls from slow painfull kitchen dream death.

IKEA Bulgaria has extremely poor service
IKEA Bulgaria has the worst service that I have ever experienced. I have ordered a small package the delivery costs for which were half of the item's price. I made the order on the 14th of December 2021 and today (24th January 2022) its status is still unclear.
I called customer service more than 3 times and every time I got a promise that they will call but they never did.
This is completely unacceptable and I feel scammed.
A huge disappointment
A huge disappointment. We ordered 35 items (700 kg of furniture!), All of which were written to be in stock. First you changed our delivery address (we had already found transport to Sofia), then you said that you could still deliver the furniture in Smolyan (we canceled the transportation) and then you anulled our order without explanation, without offering us an alternative, only with sentence that you will return the money to us in 2 weeks (and you could take it immediately). 2 weeks have passed, yesterday I checked in the bank, there is no transfer from you. Incredibly unprofessional attitude, especially for a company with a mission "to create a better everyday life for many people" and a company in which as a customer I always felt taken care of.

The price is nice, but some products seem to not keep up the quality you'd expect from such a big brand - for example, the most expensive soap dispensers I bought a while ago are already not functioning properly compared to another cheap one I bought from a store, which is made from plastic.
Delivery Issue - Any answer from Customer Support
I had a delivery issue with a delivery.
I called the support, I have chosen English, then an agent that could not speak English answered.
I tried again and the call dropped.
A friend of mine tried with a different number, the agent finally could speak English, anyway, she did not asked about any booking order, etc. she just said I need to write an email to the support (customer support e-commerce at Ikea BG, emails cannot be written here, the link I found in my order confirmation email).
I wrote once, Sat, May 29, 1:53 PM, and I have never received an answer.
I wrote again, Sat, Jun 5, 12:26 PM, any answer as well.
Basically there is no support at all in English.

Extremely poor customer service and careless attitude from absolutely everyone in IKEA Varna. Everyone is absolutely clueless about everything, constantly passing the ball to other people (that it's other people's responsibility to get anything done, and it's not their fault).
When ordering, I was asked a date I'd prefer having the delivery. 5 days later, still nothing and absolutely no idea from the people working there what is going on and where that order is.

Ikea Varna, terrible service! Security stopped me at the exit with a full trolley and said "customers are not allowed to take the trolley to the car park" My car was far, at minus two levels from the exit. I was alone and did not know what to do with all these things in the trolley - bags full with 8 pillows, 4 sheets, 2 blanket, 4 duvets, 3 pots, 24 plates, glasses, cutleries, curtains rails etc..couldn't leave back, I had bought them already...!.. I offered my ID card to be hold until I bring back them the trolley eventually. No, that was not possible for the security guy, he was not happy with me I was not happy with him too. He called the manager, I thought I will have some help but guess, no manager appeared at all.I was waiting and ...I left the full trolley on the exit of the store and dragged my full and heavy bags to the car park in two courses. What a stupidity!? They did not have any solution for a lone customer with a large purchase. Plus, the service at bedroom items was so slow, was waiting 50 min on the queue to order two single beds.That was a nightmare!

Terrible experience in IKEA in Bulgaria, city of Burgas. extremely rude sales assistants - Ianka and manager (his nametag did not note his title?) Radoslav. I talked to the manager -Radoslav on 17/09/2020 )(8pm) about the rude and out of line behavior of an employee -Ianka and he was EVEN more rude!!!
