I made a mistake in ordering a plant that was way to big for my house. As I was local and it was days after delivery I was kindly allowed to return. Going into the ship I described what I was aiming for and the staff were so great taking me through what my choices were. We set them up in the shop so I could picture them at home. He gave lots of info on care and I feel reassured that if I have any difficulties that I can contact them for support.

Tried to make a purchase of some potting compost from here, but their checkout couldn't calculate shipping rates to my address. I am in the UK mainland in the North of England near a major city. Probably some kind of technical glitch, but I ended up just ordering from another garden centre online.

The plants were beautifully and packed excellently. The arrived safely and within a couple of days.
The packaging was all recyclable as well, a big bonus for me!

None of the plants have any damage on the leaves which is super impressive!!! The safest packaging I’ve had!

I have been into the shop twice now, each time staff have been very helpful and have shared a wealth of information about the plants that would be suitable for my home. They have been kind, polite and approachable. I ordered some plants for delivery, and they arrived in excellent condition, and I was called so I knew that they were on their way. The shop is also a beautiful and tranquil place to be.
