Just been to book my bike in for repairs, as i walked in one of the assistants saw me walk in, turned round and went behind the customer service desk. I walked to the desk, stopping on the covid 19 floor notice, wearing my mask and stood there waiting to be served. Stood there and stood there some more, the ignorant assistant just kept his head down and never acknowledged me at all, never said he will be with me soon, never even looked up. I stood there for at least 5 mins which was quite embarassing as other assistants, who were serving other customers were looking at me just standing there. I just ended up walking out in the end as I had to be somewhere else.
I have been going to Hunts for years and have now bought 2 bikes from them and the service has been fantastic and i will continue to use them but will definitely not be using the older sales assistants desk in the future. He is in the wrong job!

Great deal great service and the bike delivered spotless by a freindly and efficient driver. All done with one phone call, will be back for my next bike.

I have had the pleasure of buying a BMW R1200RT from Hunts Motorcycles, this was a difficult decision as I could only base the condition of the bike on pictures only, and as we know sometimes seeing a bike in the flesh sometimes we find items of concern.
In this case I can report there were no issues, the bike was in perfect condition for her age and mileage, a new MOT was provided with a service.

Very nice people to deal with, I have no issue here in recommending Hunts Motorcycles.

Just purchased new Honda from these guys . All done over e mails and phone, John was really good , great trade in price , excellent deal on new bike . Will review again after bike is delivered . Local dealers in Norfolk and Suffolk especially Lings of Harleston were awful .

I bought a BMW S1000 RR @£11250 (best bike I have ever had) last September. I found the bike online, it was the higher end of the price range but the trade in for my fireblade was ok, because I needed to arrange some finance and didn’t want to wait I needed to pay on credit, on the website it was indicating I could pay by credit card. I payed a deposit and the bike was being delivered having had a full service.

When the bike was delivered I called Scott, the sales man, to pay the balance and was told I couldn’t pay the full balance without a change for using a credit card.(I believe this is illegal) I didn’t have another way to pay and didn’t want to loose the deposit so had to pay extra for using a credit card.

The service book was stamped and the service computer was reset in the bike.

The Cruise control wasn’t working because of a micro switch on the clutch I would’ve expected all the bikes functionality to be checked. They paid for me to have this sorted at my nearest BMW motorrad dealer under warranty.
When the oil was hot getting in to neutral was very difficult, i recently changed my oil and filter and now I don’t have a problem with getting in to neutral. The oil should only have done 5-6 hundred miles when I changed it and was assured by an experienced bike mechanic that I used to disposed of the oil that I was much older than it should have been.

All in all as happy as I am with the bike I feel hunts could do a lot better job respecting the £ of the costumer as well as their need to make money.

Brought my bike from these guys for the first time from start to finish the service was second to none I will be using these guys for any work that needs doing on my bike and when I am ready to buy next one thanks again Glenn

Great customer service sorted me out with a brand-new battery for my Honda So I could get back on the road with no problems work for the NHS so need to be able to get to work every shift day or night big thanks hunts

I have now purchased 4 Honda motor cycles from Hunts Honda Manchester. On all occasions I have received a first class service from start to finish. All staff, including the owner, John, have been amazing and helpful at all times. I would definately recommend hunts to all friends and family. Thank you all at Hunts Honda Manchester.

Have dealt with john and the guys since 2016 and have now bought three motorcycles from them and have to say it's been an absolute pleasure every single time. Totally hassle free super fast collection date all made possible by john and his staff. I personally will not use any other dealer for my bike of any servicing or repairs etc as hunts go the extra mile.

I have bought a few bikes all from different dealers over the years. I have to say that my recent purchase of Honda CB1000R couldn't have been better. I had been looking around for a good deal for a while and came across what I wanted at Hunts in Manchester (I live in London). I sent an enquiry email on a Sunday because I knew they were closed so no use calling. John (director) called me back on his day off about ten minutes after I sent the email. We talked on the phone and he answered all of my questions. We swapped a few emails on Monday with photos etc (all extremely quick). I was very happy so did the deal then and there. The finance team were helpful and responsive too. Bike was delivered just a few days later bang on time (to the minute) and in perfect condition. All in all an excellent experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend Hunts to anyone. John even followed up with a call to make sure I was still beaming (which of course I was)!

cbr650r brand new delivered 01/03/2019. came with damage, was assured will be fixed. took bike for 1st service paid for cotton bobbins and labour, numerous other issues. confirmed all complete time of delivery, they lied. not done. Spoke with John (director) who promised it will be done, after numerous emails nothing as of yet has been done, full of promises. they fitted oxford (recommended by hunts, better than honda they said) very poorly fitted, started coming off. whilst riding the bar end came flying off causing damage to another bike. JOHN afreed to get all done and messed me around for this length of time as he knows that i lose the right to return or nullify my finance agreement unless complained to finance within one month. I would keep away from these dealers. go rochdale, or wigan!

Recently I purchased a motorcycle from Hunts in Manchester. It was a new experience for me as I could not find the bike I wanted in Northern Ireland. I simply picked the bike I wanted on their website rang and left a deposit went over seen the bike and done a test drive and hunts delivered it to my door.
The whole experience was handled well from start to finish and I now have the bike of my dreams. A big thanks to all involved at Hunts.
