Excellent experience throughout. I live around 200 miles from Hunts but I saw a bike I wanted on eBay. My telephone enquiry was dealt with politely and professionally, a fair price was offered for my part exchange bike and around a week later my new (to me) bike was delivered. It was exactly as described. Excellent service throughout - highly recommended.

I recently purchased a 2023 bmw s1000rr from Hunts motorcycles, customer service was absolutely brilliant loads of awesome bikes well looked after i ended up travelling about 4 and half hours and i was not disappointed in the slightest would recommend to anyone, you cannot go wrong buying your bike from hunts motorcycles john and his team were awesome can’t be more grateful.

Recently purchased a new Hayabusa from Hunts. Traded two bikes in. Got very good prices for mine and the whole thing was handled really well. I’ve purchased a number of bikes from this dealer and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them. John makes the whole experience worry free and very enjoyable.

Bought my Yamaha XSR900 GP from Hunts last year and the service was brilliant, very helpful couldn't ask for more, I also have just brought it back for a service which was booked in so fast and they did it while I waited, they even had free drinks machine! 100 Stars from me!

Went to test ride a couple of bikes (only one of 4 dealers/manufacturers that got back to me when I submitted test ride requests for an R9) and John and team couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Chose the red/white R9 and traded in my MT07 (got from Hunts 18 months ago). Comms re organising the new bike were excellent and Ash was a pleasure to deal with on collection of the MT07 and delivery of my gorgeous new R9. (Rachel Macdonald Gentle)

Excellent dealership, from my initial enquiry phone call, I had a superb customer experience with the dealership, my bike was prepared really quickly with the optional accessories I wanted being held in stock and fitted within a few days so that I could collect my bike from the showroom, I can’t rate the dealership highly enough especially after a terrible experience with another Yamaha dealership, my experience with Hunts has been exceptional.

More great service from Manchesters top bike dealer, Norman John and Gary organised my new Suzuki DRZ 400 purchase without any fuss, and delivered to my door within the week. Even settled the balance on the doorstep! I’ve had more issues ordering a pizza to be delivered! Bike arrived on time looking spot on. Big thank you to all concerned.

I live in Northumberland so bought a bike without seeing,it was done over photos and a video of it running, it got delivered yesterday and I’m absolutely over the moon with it. I dealt with John and he was so quick to get back to me with any questions I had, sorted everything out and kept me updated.

Hunts are easily the best motorcycle dealership that I have dealt with. Obviously run by enthusiasts, it's been an absolute pleasure to do business with.

I have had a very positive experience with Hunts Motorcycles; especially with Gary and John throughout the whole process.

Buying a motorcycle from a distance is never easy, especially when local dealers are closer and easier to deal with if something goes wrong. Naturally, that can make you hesitant. However, from the beginning, their communication was excellent and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.

What stood out most was the after-sales support. A lot of places are great before the sale, but things can change afterwards. That was not my experience here. I did have a small technical issue after purchase, but they honoured the warranty without any hassle. I took the bike to the garage they recommended, got the issue resolved, and Hunts motorcycle handled the rest.

After an attempted bike theft, my bike and I were stranded in Stockport. A quick call to Hunts and I was recovered in under 35 minutes. This was Friday and by Monday first thing Hunts had fitted a new disc, pads and checked the whole bike over. Adam and Ryan were brilliant throughout. A well deserved 5 stars - I’d give 6 or 7 stars if I could!

I contacted Hunts motorcycles after seeing a bike I was interested in. I initially spoke to John who was extremely helpful and informative. I asked about part exchanging my current motorcycle.
At no point did I feel pushed into making a purchase and the deal they gave me on my bike was very competitive.
They took me through the finance options and I was able to make an informed decision.
My bike was delivered on a day that suited me and my old bike was taken.
All in all a very good experience.
