I had not seen this company before but the Clark’s shoes were very well priced so I gave them a go. Amazing. Sent with Royal Mail so arrived in perfect condition and quickly. Shoes as expected, really Clark’s and all the correct fitting. Also included was a returns from and postage label! Wonderful all round. Thank you.

Have used this company before, and received a 15% off offer, so ordered a pair of sandals in a different colour to some I had just bought from Shoezone - same original price. Very well packaged, don't think they had even been out of the box. Excellent service.

The shoes arrived in good condition, well-packaged with an undamaged, decent package, and were delivered promptly. However, it is evident that they have been used before (perhaps just tried on, as the shoes are in really good condition). The attached label inside has been rubbed off, and the soles have some dirt on them(I am sure that’s not from the bag), indicating that they have been worn for some time but not long. This is a little unpleasant, given the nature of shoes. Overall, it was a decent purchase for a pre-owned pair, but it's worth noting that they were sold at the price of new shoes (albeit with a 20% discount) at the shoe store.

Customers are responsible for the entire return process, meaning they must cover the postage and schedule the collection or hand it to Royal Mail office themselves. While this is not the most convenient arrangement, it is understandable considering the nature of family run business. The customer service responders quickly. Overall, it is still a descent purchase.

Absolutely brilliant company. Firstly the Birkenstocks I ordered were £20 cheaper than anywhere else! Secondly, their customer service is exemplary. Kate dealt with my issue promptly and kept me in the loop with regular communication. If only every company operated like this. Please support family run businesses like these. So happy I found them. Do not buy anything deemed wide. They are not wide. Total waste of postage

I can't praise the customer service I received after a problem I had with my order. The problem was rectified very quickly and the lady I dealt with via email and on the telephone was extremely helpful and efficient.... the shoes were great too!!

Very impressed. My bright red Rieker boots were cheaper than anywhere else and were delivered very quickly in good packaging. The boots are beautiful and very comfortable. I will definitely use Humphries again.

Wow , what a fantastic company with great customer service . I ordered two pairs of Birkenstocks for myself and my husband both leather and a good £100 cheaper than other stores. I used next day delivery by DPD and I’m so happy with them . Spoke to a lovely lady in the phone who helped 10/10.

Brilliant to deal with. Had previous issues with sports direct trying to get these trainers with not getting delivered. Humphries spot on. Bought them and received 2 days later with no issues. Will definitely be using again.

I don’t give reviews often because I think people who are consistent reviewers are usually self involved d-bags that are just trying to tear down companies on their worst days.

That being said I was super impressed with Humphries. To order a pair of shoes from a store in England and receive them in the U.S. let alone Kentucky, in 6 days, is pretty impressive. And the fact that they cost me 40 dollars less (including shipping) than they would’ve on Amazon is even more so.

I was incredibly skeptical. But they’re legit. Thank you for such good service.

A lovely independent shop (three branches). I bought Birkenstocks boots from them. They were here in no time and were the way described on their website. I wanted a regular fit and they provide information on the fitting of these shoes. Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter on Tuesday and they arrived on the Thursday. Excellent service and fast delivery. My daughter has wide feet and has a G fitting. Humphries Shoes were the only stockist online who had G boots in stock, for the style I was looking for. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend to my friends.
