Ordered a Super King size ottoman bed from Hugo & Sons and absolutely love it.
Had a couple of questions before and after the order arrived which were responded to promptly and helpfully.

I will not buy beds from anywhere else ever again the bed is pure hand crafted excellence at affordable prices and it's also made in England keep on doing what you do Hugo and sons you rock.

Absolutely outstanding service backed up by exceptional customer service. The bed and footstool arrived earlier than the original receipt said when buying the items. The delivery service was excellent, was told we’d be text, we were, was told a time slot, was right on time. The bed was well packaged and very simple to assemble, excellent quality, very sturdy, brilliant value for the money, by far the cheapest I could find and can’t believe the quality for the price, these are premium products in offer!! couldn’t recommend highly enough DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE MUST BUY!!

Grey Hilton Double bed - I ordered a bed 5 weeks ago for my daughter and was slightly concerned I didn’t have to pay with card, not even a deposit. Cash on delivery! Was half expecting things to go wrong but it turned up today and its absolutely gorgeous. Really sturdy and so easy to assemble. Would highly recommend and am jealous. I want one for myself now!!!

Ordered a super king sleigh bed. Delivery was before expected date and was informed of the time well in advance. Gorgeous bed, very sturdy, it looks amazing!

Bought x2 Sleigh and x1 Hilton double beds with mattress and all I can say is I can’t see myself buying beds any other way! The process was seamless and the beds very easily put together. Great quality product and great service.

It came in 6 weeks 4 days too and the contact was great.

The only thing I would suggest is better instructions for assembling the storage beds as they weren’t very useful so we referred to YouTube instead.

I will definitely be placing an order with you again.

Absolutely great service! From start to finish. Our butterfly wing back bed came yesterday and we love it! Would highly recommend.

I placed my order back in on July 6th. 2 days ago after I had sent an email asking when I would receive my order, they told me they was unable to fulfil as the had no courier to deliver my order and cancelled it! Prior to this no communication was received, when I stated I would be leaving a honest review, I was told it would be unfair and they would report it! I feel completely let down, I was given the option to have to delivered else where. When I told them I have family in Essex who would be willing to accept the delivery for me, they replied with actually no we are cancelling the order. The bed was for my 12 year old daughter, who has been waiting very excitedly and is now very upset. Customer service on this occasion was very poor, and any decent company would admit this, not act the way this company has.

Such a great company with great communication! I received a text in advance to notify me of my delivery date. The bed was very easy to put together and it is fantastic quality. Love it!

I ordered the 'Hilton' style bed and I must say it is literally my dream bed, the headboard is beautiful and makes a statement which is exactly what I wanted! The bed is handmade with care and everything is such great quality. They are so reasonably priced too but if you don't happen to have the money when ordering you can save up and then pay cash on delivery. This option gives you an extra 5% off your bed too! Ordered a sleigh bed, awesome construction and quality, delivery quicker than anticipated, self build, Hint to make it easy, lay out the parts before assembly then it goes together very easily.

Outstanding Quality.
However the instruction sheet was not very clear, although easily figured out, step by step instructions would have made the process much quicker.
Other than that the beds we ordered are beautifully made, heavy duty and the fixtures, gas lift and inner frame are made really well.
The colour was also perfect.
Quite heavy , so i would recommend two people if you live alone to help you move the furniture upstairs if you needed that.
Essential :
• spanner and screwdriver to tighten the nuts and bolts.
• A second person to hold the inside cage whilst you tighten the bolts from underneath/ fit on before tightening.

Long wait for the bed (during lockdown!) but well worth it! So easy to assemble (I panicked as no instructions or visible bolts package etc). Great quality bed and looks amazing with the added “pimp” LED’s that my children insisted on buying and sticking to the back of the huge headboard!

My bed was delivered on time but there was 1 diamonté missing and a dirty mark. I was expecting the frame to be erected upon delivery but turned out to be a self build and self unload off the courier.
Customer service has been great!! I requested 2 spare diamontés and a cleaning fund, both have been received without question.
I love my bed and recommend this company.

Ordered our bed from Hugo and sons website was very easy to use we ordered the king size and got a ottoman bed, well what can I say the quality is outstanding And we completely love it! Gorgeous material, well made strong bed! With lots of storage underneath! Easy to put together they Kept us up to date with delivery times and quick response to any queries! 100% recommend! One happy customer!!

I absolutely love my new sleigh bed , was told that had to wait 10 weeks for delivery due to COVID , came after 7 weeks , very good communication about delivery , the quality of the bed it outstanding ! Very good value for money , would definitely order from Hugo and sons again ,, I am a very happy customer !!
