Impressed with the quality of the ring…
Impressed with the quality of the ring , a little let down by the sales assistants not being hugely helpful and also when collecting a £300 wedding ring would have liked a better box than the standard cardboard version. When purchased engagement ring this came in a lovely box.

The staff on site were all very helpful, especially Vidhasha who served me and helped me make my choices. As my purchase was an anniversary gift for my wife Vidhasha's knowledge of my wife's previous purchases was of immense help.
I would also like to congratulate all the staff for their care and adherence to all of the safety rules re Covid 19, they were great.

The Assistant did indeed sparkle !!
The Assistant did indeed sparkle !!!
I had needed a new expanding strap but they did not have the size in store.
The Assistant was so helpful in finding an exact replacement watch which, happened to be half the price that I had paid a couple of years previously.
At her suggestion I took out a 3-year cover plan and left pleasantly surprised.
