The website kept jumping from one page to another not allowing to complete transaction easily. Also stated that I was entitled to 10%discount on my item when it wasn't available. Very confusing experience

Easy to use and getting what I really want

My wife and I bought an engagement and wedding band set. After around 6 months the engagement ring went really cloudy.
I emailed customer services and they asked I bring the ring in for cleaning. The young lady that served us took the ring out the back and brought it back out like a brand new ring again.

I had seen the ring in a store but the store didn't have my size. The member of staff was very helpful and assured me I could order on line. I elected to do just that,it was easy, simple and clear instructions to make my purchase.

Went to the Truro branch to have a helix piercing and met Wendy, who is wonderful. Really warm, welcoming and friendly. She explained about the process and pierced my ear with no problem, making sure throughout that I was feeling alright, not faint etc. we chatted throughout and Wendy really put me at my ease. I went back the following week to have a second piercing in my earlobes and Wendy was just as lovely, kind and helpful as before. I can really recommend Samuel’s and Wendy if you are thinking about having your ears pierced and live in the Truro area. Oh, and Samuel’s, Wendy is a real asset to the company. Thank you x

Awful service at your Truro branch today. Advertised closing time of 1700 arrived @ 1650 having paid to park, only to be told the branch was closed and the staff were cashing out the tills. You can have any closing time you want but don’t advertise it later than it is. Perhaps the manger was away and the staff decided to close up early and dismiss any customer who happened to come to the store in the meantime.

Bought a lovely boys watch. Am really pleased with it, found staff also helpful.

Excellent customer service by Carol at your Truro store. Helped me to choose an 18th birthday gift which the recipient is well pleased with.

As I knew what I wanted it was very easy to make my purchase. The staff were very efficient and also very good at telling new customers about the one way system, it may be helpful to have the signs for this as you walk in at eye level not just on the floor.
