Visited the Sunderland bridges store to find a special 40th birthday gift for my wife, was a bit stressed looking at what to buy as a typical man left it til the last minute, Michelle and Andrea offered to help and nothing was a bother for them, asked me what my partner liked, showed me a few bracelets until I finally found the right one. Couldn't fault there customer service and friendliness. Partner loved the bracelet and will definitely return for more gifts, lovely shop and lovely staff.

Was a bit nervous of getting my ears pierced again. I think it was Jess who served me and made me feel really at ease which really helped. Overall good service. Would definitely recommend.

5 star to the galleries store lovely lady who served us very helpful, my partner proposed and the ring was too big took it back to galleries and had to go over to the bridges Sunderland to collect a smaller ring. The lady here was very rude, asked us if we’d like insurance which we both refused. She then went on to tell me the price of my engagement ring by saying do you usually walk around with (the price of ring) on your finer uninsured. My partner had not told me the cost of my ring. I told her that I had home contents insurance she then said it doesn’t cover my ring, I told her that it does, she then said no it doesn’t. Very rude

My Husband and I went into the store in the Bridges with a watch which had a broken strap,After explaining the problem to two of the staff the watch was repaired and the Service,knowledge of stock and such pleasantness was Brilliant,The staff members were Julie and Tracey,We will continue to go into this store,To get a high level of customer service is very rare anywhere,Very well done!

Fantastic help from Andrea at the Sunderland store. Exchange of a necklace was quick and easy and her help at suggesting a replacement did not disappoint. Thoroughly professional at her job. Thank you so much Andrea

The staff member Andrea was very professional as she dealt with me today. I have been in that shop many times but I had never got the excellent customer service like today. I hope she’ll be promoted to managerial level thank you.

Was made to feel comfortable as soon as I walked in,Andrea was really helpful while I choose a ring and I got it at an amazing price,Leanne then advised me on taking insurance out ,both ladies were extremely friendly and helpful.

I went into the Sunderland Unit 18 the Bridges store today to pick up a couple of items that was ready for collection. I was served by a lady called Lubabah, she was so professional and so friendly that I even purchased a ring and some earings. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Entered this jewellery shop to purchase a baby bangle for my great niece . I was greeted by a member of staff Tracy who was very friendly and helpful . Her customer service is very professional she is a credit to H Samuel . Thank you Tracy for making my shopping experience such a joy

Just visited the Bridges Sunderland looking for a 60th gift for a close friend
As soon as I entered Samuel's jeweller's Andrea offered her assistance and helped me decide on a bracelet which was perfect for the occasion.
And she very kindy used a code I'd received online from Samuel's. So overall excellent customer service from her, she was friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful everything you want from an assistant.

Sunderland Branch In December 2023 I brought my wife’s 3 stone diamond antique ring for repair .
I was immediately greeted by member of staff and was advised and. Reinsured by
Paula that she would arrange ring to be repaired and brought back to its original condition
today 17.Jan 2024 my wife and I collected Ring And were very satisfied and surprised at how the ring looked like new many thanks to Paula and her staff

The five stars are for the personal service I received from Leanne in The Bridges, Sunderland. My on-line experience was not even one star. Could get no sense whatsoever from the robot on line. Called into H. Samuel in The Bridges. Spoke to a beautiful young lady who sorted my Xmas present in a heartbeat. Brilliant.
