I use the Northwich branch and was served by Jodie who was helpful, courteous and patient while I made my choice. She talked me through the returns/exchange policy in a friendly manner which made me feel confident that in the event of any issues with my purchase would be dealt with efficiently. Thanks Jodie.

Just went into the Northwich branch because my chain broke and I wanted to have it fixed. I lost my insurance document, so the lovely lady gave me the insurance number to call and get my policy details, and then she exchanged my necklace like for like! No hassle, no stress, just as it should be! Real customer service! I wish all companies had such excellent standards of customer care and fantastic staff.
She wrapped it lovely in a little red box, customer service was OUTSTANDING! I bought new insurance because so worth it! I am so impressed! Highly recommend.

I have recently purchased a citizen watch from your Chester branch but unfortunately the strap, having been adjusted in store, was a little too tight.
I went into the Northwich branch this morning to see if they could alter the strap. I am pleased to say they made a superb job of it . Nothing was too much trouble and your staff were a credit to your firm. I would like to thank very much Jodie, Kate and your manager Hazel. They went "The extra mile" to ensure that the job was well done and the watch now fits perfectly. Thank you.

I spoke to a lovely lady in the Northwich Branch, unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted in stock, she found out the nearest store that had one.

My late Mum left me her engagement ring, my Dad had bought it in January 1955 from the store in Ferryquay St, Londonderry.
I took the ring into my local store in Northwich to ask if I could have it cleaned. Along with the ring was a receipt from H Samuel with the date and description. The receipt also gave a guarantee, "this ring will be carefully cleaned by our experts at any Branch, free of charge, for an unlimted period"
The lady who assisted me (sorry I didnt get your name !) was very helpful and said she would send all the information to her Area Manager to ask if H Samuel would honour their offer.
The great news is, they will honour it, after nearly 70 years !!
I would have no hesitation in recommending H Samuel to all my friends, they have gone above and beyond my expecations. WELL DONE ....H SAMUEL

Thank You to Joy in H Samuel Northwich Cheshire that had the patience of a saint and untangled two of my chains that were completely knotted together. All the staff are very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend their services.

Friendly and very efficient service provided by Hazel, the support received to help design my own engagement ring was brilliant and it was delivered to store in the time frame I was told. Made to feel really special on the day to collect it from her.
Highly recommend, the information and advice given to support mine and my future husband's plans in relation to our wedding rings is great, will definitely be going back and have the service support from Hazel again.

Amazing service from Kate and team at the Northwich store today. They went above and beyond with exceptional customer service and managed to fix my mum's watch where others couldn't.

Absolutely vile abusive manager at the Northwich store who I think is called Vicky. She has dark hair, lots of make up and glasses. She screamed abuse at my mother and father who are pensioners who asked for a refund on a necklace that had broken, only bought it 2 months ago. Straight away the manager took it from her, put her pliers to it breaking it even more then accused my mother of intentionally breaking it. She then said 'just give them a refund if they're not paying for it to be fixed. Then as my mother paid by apple pay, the manager refused to refund and said 'I don't need to talk to you anymore.' As i left with my mother I heard the manager laugh and shout 'As if I've got time for that, I've got my own F**king life to live. Jog on' then she laughed.
My mother went back the next day with proof from barclays of payment and the card it came from. When my mother went to the store the manager was an hour late then said 'oh I'm not dealing with you now' the other assistant said 'come back in abit' so my mother did. Then when she walked back in 20 minutes later the manager started screaming and shouting abuse telling her 'I've spoken to the owner and he said not to refund you'. My mother feeling scared asked her why was she shouting as my mother and father had not raised their voices at all, and the manager continued to be very aggressive and again shouting high pitch at my mother. When my mother asked for the managers name to make a complaint the manager shouted 'no im not giving you my name ' and walked off. So my very shaking mother and father asked the assistant 'can you be my witness to all the abuse and shouting the manager did', and the assistant called Val just said 'oh I'm not getting involved' and walked off. How can a manager claiming to have been a manager for 20 years speak to customers like that. Absolutely awful! My mother is so shaken up. Shame on H.Samuel for hiring such a nasty woman!

Disgusting service from staff member Vicky, unhelpful and extremely rude resulting in loosing a good customer due to her incompetence rudeness and lack of customer service skills

We visited the Northwich store to look at citizen eco drive watches. The store manager, Adam Barlow, was extremely helpful and courteous. We chose a watch and he adjusted the strap there and then. Certainly recommend this store.

Was welcomed in and directed to what we needed. We should have been more specific so that we looked at the right things. Maybe if we were asked exactly what we were looking for may have been useful but otherwise the server was really pleasant
