Quick and easy - only improvement would be to make the item specs (width, etc) more visible online. In store staff were friendly and understanding though.

Called in today as i was looking for a ring as it was my birthday a lovely guy called Steven came to help us and we picked out a few rings we went over to a till and were looking online to see what sizes were available on the rings when one of his colleagues appeared with a customer and proceeded to keep inching towards us and behaving impatiently and turning to a customer and apologising but not informing us as to the reason she was there we were going to look at some more rings when she spoke to Steven I told her she was very rude at the way she was acting it made me feel very uncomfortable it turned out that the till we were occupying was a cash till and her customer was paying cash if she would have just come over and explained the situation instead of making me feel like I was being an inconvenience this situation could have been avoided I asked one of her colleagues what her name was and they informed me it was Amber.

when i came into the shop a very helpful women gave me and my mum a hand on items we liked as we described what our taste is like she so wish me a happy birthday

Purchased a necklace for Christmas which was worn 3 times before it snapped. Visited a store for a refund and the manager could only offer a repair at the cost of £60 to myself. Highly disappointed by the product quality and customer service.

absolutely made up with service today From Laura at Manchester Arndale store, Laura is a lovely young lady, very friendly without being"pushy", she helped us with our purchase and really went the extra mile to help us, made us aware that we could get free engraving on the watch we bought for our grandson's 13th birthday. , she arranged all this and then rang me within 30 minutes to tell me it was done.

Been there and the staff(Oliver) was very friendly, professional and helpful. He didn’t mind me asking to show me multiple watches, he did it with a smile on his face.

I have been shopping today in Manchester, found a watch that I loved, the staff were very busy, so I went for lunch, and the when I returned the watch had been sold.
