Terrible experience. Product faulty on delivery. Many hours in correspondance trying to get refund or replacement. No luck. They respond to emails but not in any helpful or meaningful way. Very disappointed child.
Company says shipping within 1-2 days. Not true and shipping is from Germany and not Ireland as promised. No phone number to contact or person to help. Daughters birthday ruined. Very very disappointed with service

After 4 weeks of emails , they agreed to replace the product

Compete scammers and as came from Holland, will be reporting to the Ombudsman for a legal outcome

BLACK FRIDAY WARNING! I bought a hoverboard last year from this site for my son’s Christmas present. Lasted 2 days. Thankfully Ken Blacks was open and I was able to get another one, but losing my money to hoverboard Ireland. Very complicated complaint process about uploading videos to YouTube but I the board was obviously faulty and likely unsafe. Website is not Irish. First scam I’ve been subject to and learned my lesson. Read the other reviews before purchase. SCAM

Bought 2 Hocerboards, arrived with French instructions and an EU plug eventhough it advertised a UK plug. Xmas ruined. Will be opening a case with PayPal asap for money back
Scam, stay away. Ordered segway product got some cheap chinese copy. Contacted them but they wont give me the information on how to send it back. Keep offering a discount even do i said no 3 times. Just trying to get the one week to go bye so i cant return it any more. Opened up a case on paypal.
Please stay clear. Chinese website, not Irish. Hoverboard arrived but didn't work. They wanted us to bring the board to a private residence in Naas (it is close to you!!) for a new battery. They would refund us the cost of the new battery afterwards( yeah right !) They have no intention of refunding or sending replacement. I presume they will block our emails soon. The customer care phone numbers are not in operation. We paid through PayPal, will look for refund there but more importantly will flag them as a scam website with PayPal which should hurt. Expensive lesson learnt. Unfortunately, a Santa present, so very annoying all round.
My son ordered a hoverboard by accident on my phone. I contacted the company through email. They cancelld my order and refunded me straight away
Bought 2 in Dec 2019 1 broke in March 2020 wouldn't take it back they told me to get it fixed locally and that they would refund me, they recommended a company who collected it and return it repaired. 135 euro was the total bill which I paid, they then stopped answering my emails. Avoid at all costs
If I could give 0 stars I would . .. hoverboard broke within weeks of getting it. Got it fixed myself costing 70euro. Lots of emails back and forth to be then blocked by them. Wish I never gave them my money. Nothing but problems with it from day 1.
Scammers took €400 for 2 hoverboards in early November. Delivery max 5 days. Still waiting. Communication ridiculous. All repetitive. Chinese website for payment. Keep well clear. Definitely not IRISH.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE
I ordered 2 hoverboards in December last year. They arrived very quickly and were what I had ordered. On the 31st January I sent the first email to the company saying that there was a problem with the one of the hoverboards. 59 emails then passed back and forward. They promised they would sort the problem, would fix the hoverboard etc but it never happened eben though there was a 1 year warranty with it. So my daughter got to use her hoverboard for 4 weeks that Santy brought her.
I know lots of people will be looking at ordering hoverboards for Christmas so I just wanted to warn others out there in plenty of time to stay well clear of this site.
I wish I had done my homework more before I ordered from them. They are a company that operate in Asia and look legit but they are not!!!
